6/9/2010 I AM NOT GETTING THE SWEEPS AS OF MONDAY, JUNE 7TH. ACCORDING TO MY RECEIPT, I PAID $139.90 0N JULY 14, 2009 AT 7:12 AM. HAVE TRIED TO CLICK ON SCREEN, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. HAVE CALLED TWICE, WAITED, WAITED TO TALK TO SOMEONE. DO NOT KNOW WHY THE SWEEPS STOPPED!!!! PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS SITUATION AS DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED!!!!!!!

4/16/2010 Webroot has automatically renewed software WITHOUT my permission. I had NOT clicked to accept installation when the notices appeared on my screen. My intent was to change to a less expensive yet still effective program. Please DELETE my charge card # from your files; I DO NOT want automatic renewal next year.
