4/3/2017 Weight Watchers - worst experience ever, have been trying to cancel
worst experience ever, have been trying to cancel my membership for months and could not get thru to ww at number provided. Finally got in touch with a person name Bell told her I needed the charges to stop being deducted out of my account that I had been trying to get in touch for several months. She said she would stop the charges and talk to her supervisor about refunding some of the of the charges going back to June of 2016. I waited on phone got disconnected. Called back and thankfully someone answered, this time it was Jennifer she told me she could not connect me to Bell. The entire thing started again had to give her all information yet again. This time she told me she could not get any refund other than the current month, I asked to speak to her supervisor. I have been waiting for a half hour to speak to a supervisor and just got disconnected again. I will never join WW again. What a scam. Ugg!!! Can't even find and address to contact this people, I can't believe a company this large has such a terrible website and contact process.

Customer Service rep was very eager to help me, however, he was so difficult to understand because of his
foreign accent. The call took much longer than it should have due to the language barrier. Weight Watchers needs
to use people from the US when servicing customers in the US.

Very difficult to understand reps, see you have joined the ranks of overseas personnel, bad mistake, expect to loose members such as myself. Your website is the absolute worst!!!!! No longer can I find 1/2 the info I could find last year. I shudder at calling cust service. Not only can I not understand them, they apologize every 30 seconds and never give the correct info. I just spent 15 min waiting to find the name of the leader at a particular location and she came back and gave me the name of the leader at my current location (she asked for my current leaders name by the way). Why is the leaders names no longer published? If I want to try a new location how will I know if my leader will be the leader at another location also, which happens regularly in rural areas. Very dissatisfied in leadership as a whole, no interest in new people, not made feel welcome at meetings, cliques galore, ignored as a whole, not what it use to be (when you actually cared about people) just Big Business now.

5/25/2016 Weight Watchers - I am trying to get additional concise information
I am trying to get additional concise information about the plans.
When I called one of the numbers, a lady with a very thick accent just kept telling me I had a wrong number.
I have lived in foreign countries and so my ear is used to trying to be polite and decipher what people are communicating.
I am disappointed, that I can not find out more, but not on line, personally, about WW.

The telephone customer service is the worst. I've ever experienced. The accents of their staff
is so thick you can't understand a word they're saying. They also leave you on hold for 30 minutes or longer to consult with someone else. I'm very disappointed in weightwatchers customer service. The program however is the best around.

2/28/2016 Weight Watchers - I would like a chance to fill out the online
I would like a chance to fill out the online suvery of Weight Watchers that was recently sent out. I had lost 40 lbs on Points Plus and when the new plan came out felt cheated, restricted and like I was on a regular old "no you can't have that" diet. I want to loby for either a return to Points Plus or the option to choose with Points Plus of the new plan.

The customer service person was very helpful but could nt send me the link.

2/21/2016 Weight Watchers has the WORST customer service
I agree with all the comments here - Weight Watchers has the WORST customer service I have ever come across. I am happy so far with the plan but I had ordered some products from their online shop and was shipped the wrong items. Have been trying to get a response back for 2 weeks. Tried calling twice - the first time I was on hold for 30 mins - someone finally answered only to inform me I had to be transferred. I was then put on hold for another 10 mins before the line just disconnected. I called back a few days later and after waiting 20 mins on hold, I hung up. I then tried email. I have sent 3 emails and have yet to get a response. Very frustrated and disappointed in the quality of customer service! What do I have to do - contact Oprah ??

Worse customer service ever on the phone. Very rude!! Took two months to cancellation my membership and get my credit. Nov/Dec 2015 ( three different tries and three diff people)When asked to talk to a manager on the phone was told I couldn't. Asked for a call back from one I never did get a call... So after the holidays I decided to try again and got the monthly pass. For some reason the program isn't working for me And it is very expensive even with monthly pass.. So I called again to cancellation my pass. Same first person I had last time.Lady with an accent. When I told her my issues from before she wasn't interested. Very rude!!! Anyway please make sure it is done. I am a life time member and very disappointed.

1/10/2016 Weight Watchers - I had attempted on 5 different occasions
I had attempted on 5 different occasions throughout the day to cancel my WW account. When you attempt to cancel online, it does NOTHING. It just moves to another page and it does not cancel. How do I know? Because I finally decided to call the WW number, and they finally cancelled the account. While I was on the phone with them, I was also online waiting for one agent to transfer me to another agent, who after 10 minutes of waiting comes online in attempts to assist me. In the time it took her to come online, I had already cancelled on the phone. If you are going to cancel, be firm and don't let them try to extend you for a free month, that is their ploy.

12/21/2015 Weight Watchers - Tried to cancelled my wife's subscription on line.
Tried to cancelled my wife's subscription on line. No confirmation provided. Two days later went back in, still a member and the took the next mint membership out of acct. called csr svc number (800-651-6000). Told to call another number (800-221-2112). Talked to person who cancelled subscription, and gave me confirmation number. Will need to check acct for refund. Website is terrible unless you want a recipe.
