3/22/2017 WePay - Well they are at it again, there usual BS lines
Well they are at it again, there usual BS lines and no contact number to speak with a real person. I woke to find they had taken 500.00 from my bank account at 5am on a Monday morning. Immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my card and reported this. They have done nothing to resolve this are give me any information regarding why they WE PAY stole money from my account. I live on my SS# and a fixed income, they stole federal money from my account and after 3 days is still pending on my account. This We Pay out of Palo Alto California has no way to contact them. All email is from their other Red/California. I have reported to Attorney General in Texas and California and due to a crime against elderly involving federal money I have taken the legal means.

Fraudulently debited $332 from my bank account for some "social service" organization. Have never heard of WePay... Claim filed with bank and police report will also be filed. Transaction manually imputed in Palo Alto California (I don't live in Cali), and interestingly the address my bank has for this "company" is a residential home in Hampstead, NC. Nice try scumbags...

5/18/2016 WePay - Worst bloody experience I EVER had in my life. My
Worst bloody experience I EVER had in my life. My acct. was fully operational down to the special security features. All bank info and emails were filled in. Then when I never received my money I asked for help, then I get an email telling me that MY request to close my acct. had been processed and that it was closed JUST when I FINALLY get my money!!!I I NEVER asked them to close my acct.!!! Then it took 2 bloody weeks to get them to reinstate it, and I had to get my attny. involved with it. They LIED, saying it wasn't closed, they made me change my password 3 TIMES!!! Then when they finally reinstated it, still lying that they had not closed it, I had to REDO the ENITRE thing, all my bank info was gone, security features were gone, even my added emails were gone. That was how I KNEW that it had been closed, otherwise all that stuff would have been in place as it had been for MONTHS, till I made the fatal mistake of asking how and why I wasn't getting my money..................I will NEVER EVER use them for ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!!

WePay closed a campaign owner account after a contributor made several payments with zero explanation. It takes more than 24 hours to receive a reply and when I do, it is a "canned response" with little to no value. Wish I had of performed some due diligence research before selecting them as a payment processing gateway. I reviewed Stripe and Paypal but selected WePay due to it's simplicity of building an API and ease of sign up for new campaign owners. During testing WePay also handled split payments efficiently and automatically. It is a shame they really do not care about their customers and anyone who makes payments via their service. I cannot imagine how a company with the volume of transactions that GoFundMe.com has continues to partner with WePay. I have never used GoFundMe.com but maybe they have the same level of customer service and they don't care if WePay works or not.

Still waiting on a reply from WePay to explain why my customer's account was cancelled with WePay. Their answer was "refer to our Terms of Service" but we cannot tell you why it was cancelled. Still waiting on the refund of the payments too.
