Terrible, just found out by telephone that Whole Living Magazine is being discontinued and another magazine to be substitued telephone person did not know what magazine. Have not received my letter of notification yet!!

Also in trying to change my address online, was redirecteed to ASIA website. What is wrong using USA??

Interesting after reading the above comments relating to your Customer Service Department, I have still not received confirmation on the cancelling of my account with Whole Living / Everyday Food subscription I canclled twice now by mail.

Let me reiterate that stamps are not free!!!

I will now, and only now tell you for the THIRD time, please cancel my subscription to this magazine. While I have enjoyed the many paid issues, I no longer wish to continue. Do not send me a SERVICE SUSPENSION ALERT, as you attempt to ruin my creditstanding,as you are responsible for not responding to my efforts to contact you.

I entered a sweepstakes for a daily giveaway from Whole Foods which was supposed to be exclusively for Martha Stewart readers. When I clicked to submit my entry, I was informed that I had also subscribed to Whole Living Magazine. They also sent me a confirmation to the email address I provided. This is a magazine that I have no desire to read, and I don't know how to cancel it.

I share the uncomfortable feeling that others have expressed regarding the change of address process. I would have preferred to do it online. There is no reason for the operator to ask you additional questions when trying to change the address without explaining the reasons. Who is screening these calls? Why do you need my email address? And, why do you need to waste my time asking if I want to subscribe to other magazines. Based on the comments on the website it seems like people have asked for online change of address capability for at least at year. So, why aren't you listening to your customers?
