I used to be a Wix fan years ago, created many websites. Now, no human contact to offer support. Will be cancelling every contact with Wix and moving elsewhere. Very frustrating company that offers a phone number just to be sent a text with the help page with no reference to a actual human that can offer help. Bye Bye Wix.

1/18/2017 Wix - I have purchased a Premium account but I cannot
I have purchased a Premium account but I cannot connect my Wix account to my Godaddy account. Even Godaddy could not help in this I was requested to contact Wix. This seems to be an almost impossible task. I call the few numbers I can find and all I get is a recording telling me. "Higher call volume, please call next business day". Does not matter what day I call or what number I call, this is the message I get. I am getting tired of the run around with Wix and I think I'll let the site run out but I'll go buy a Godaddy account instead. Can't even seem to find where to text my issue to Wix. Very disappointed in Wix.

12/16/2016 Wix - The worst! I am so frustrated about this company.
The worst! I am so frustrated about this company. There is no phone number to call on their website, so virtually no call assistance customer service. To get any app you have to pay an exorbant amount of money. Now for the search box had to pay $58 for a year.
NO PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I regret Ii didnt stay with godaddy. At least they are always there to help.

Would not recommend to anyone wix.com. When finally I found their number through google search, I called at 12:25pm on Friday and the operator says "we are currently closed. Call during normal work hours." Holly crap! Where these people are from? The earliest I can in touch with customer service would be Monday next week.......

WOW really, I have been using Wix.com for a while now to run my own business. Never have I encountered a problem till now, almost all of my pictures on the site aren't showing up, for me or my visitors. I am not content at all with this customer service that they have. What is up with the limited hours too! It is holiday season, where I am hoping to get the most out of my company but no! Why? Because no one can see the things I have!

10/24/2016 Wix - Great company EXCEPT for their deficient customer
Great company EXCEPT for their deficient customer service - nonexistent - at least they should give the option to send a ticket with the problem with a 24 hour turnaround solution. When building a website timing is critical and when got stuck support is needed right away. Come'on guys don;t spoil your success being cheap in the most sensitive area - customer service.
