8/3/2016 Xhose - My X-hose Pro split after a couple of months. I
My X-hose Pro split after a couple of months. I provided them with a dated purchase receipt, and submitted the hose for replacement under warranty.

The order tracking number they gave me "cannot be found" in their online customer status system. I've been waiting, and communicating with them for 3 months, but all they say is "we're experiencing a delay and hope to ship your order soon." In the meantime, the identical hose is readily available in local big-box stores.

I'm afraid this company is just a scam for selling a defective product, and not honoring warranties.

6/4/2016 Xhose - I have been waiting for my order, the 25 feet hose
I have been waiting for my order, the 25 feet hose FOR 3 WEEKS. Therefore, waiting this long I could had purchased this particular hose somewhere else. I am very upset. I will definitely write to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive my hose within 5 days. I AM VERY UPSET AND I HOPE THAT THIS IS NOT A SLAM.

11/23/2015 I purchased the 75 foot Xhose Pro and it is broken
I purchased the 75 foot Xhose Pro (2 hoses) this time last year - Nov., 2014. Took it to Florida with me and used it to wash my motorhome and car over the winter and in Delaware through the summer and Fall. Planted some new shrubs 2 weeks ago and used the hose to water in the new plants. No problems to this point. An hour later the owner of the nursery came by to see how the new plantings looked. She asked for a demo of the hose. When I got only a trickle of water discovered that it now had multiple holes near the female end at the source of the water.
Need to return the one hose for a replacement. Please instruct how to proceed.

10/16/2015 Xhose - I would never give them a star, just a big X!
Was wondering if any of the above received a replacement from the hose company. I too had 2 of the black hoses that broke within a short time. I spent the money to send it back to the company, requesting them to be replaced but, I never received a phone call, or any replacement or letter. What a disappointment. I would never give them a star, just a big X!

9/2/2015 My Xhose lasted about 6 weeks then it burst
I purchased (2) two hoses and they lasted approx. 6 weeks. They burst 24 hours apart. I contacted customer
service. I was informed that I would receive a card to fill out. Upon receipt of the card at their office, I would then
be informed of the status of my request. That was two weeks ago! Disappointment personified. Customer service is definitely not a strong point. Very unprofessional. Lackadaisical attitude!

I called customer service and nice lady look up the purchase and said that they would send another.
Well guess what they have never sent an replacement
Now the second one has split and I can not reach h xhose
I ami progress of getting my money back.
I will bet that I will never get either.

5/4/2015 Xhose - THOUGHT I FOUND THE PERFECT HOSE, LIGHTWEIGHT AND
THOUGHT I FOUND THE PERFECT HOSE, LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE TO HANDLE. LIKE THE ABOVE CUSTOMER, MINE BLEW ON THE THIRD USE. IT WAS KEPT INSIDE AND TAKEN CARE OF, I LEARNED FROM THE ORIGINAL GREEN ONES I HAD. I HAVE THE BOX AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT I DO NOT STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM THE PURCHASE. THIS IS REALLY A GREAT HOSE FOR OLDER ADULTS DUE TO THE LIGHT WEIGHT AND NON KINKING. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.

I bought my daughter a 50' Xhose (dark green in color) and within a month it split in the middle....I could understand if they had children or dogs that would damage the hose, but they have neither. They have a very small back yard with grass as they have a pool and nothing sharp is around the back yard because of the pool....I would appreciate if you could send them a replacement (as they don't have a receipt for the xhose they bought at Lowe's)...I certainly hope you stand by your product and have great customer service... Time will tell...
