I have an ongoing problem with "Y.P." dating back to 2009. They have wrong, old and non-working phone numbers listed for my ads @352- and . My company phone number is. 1. I Have Had An ONGOING PROBLEM With “Y-P” Dating Back To 2009.
2. Desmond Maxwell Was Your Sales Agent At That Time When He Approached Me At My Office. I Was Signed Up For A 3 Months Trial Which I Was Later Told Did Not Exist So I Had To Continue Payments For A Full Year Until I Finally Cancelled Due To The Difference Between What I Asked & Was Published That Did Not Complied With My Office Services.
3. After The Trial Year Expired He Tried UNSUCCESSFULLY To Extend For Another Year Which I Declined.
4. Nonetheless They Continued Charging My Bank Account For NON AUTHORIZED PAYMENT (At The 3rd Months) I Noticed Those Withdrawals; & Tried To Contact Maxwell; Then Each Person On His Department Unsuccessfully.
5. Until I Finally I Contacted The “BBB” To Be Refunded (I Received Only 2 Of 3 Overpayments Charged).
6. A Year Later I Was Approached By Another Salesman And Was Assured I Would Not Incur The Same Problem Again.
7. Nonetheless Similar Mistakes On My Ad Didn’t Give To My Firm What I Was Promised.
8. So When The Year Period Expire Another Agent; Bill Flynn Senior Account Executive; YP, Formerly AT&T Advertising Solutions Contacted Me To Tell Me That He Was Taking Over My Account & Wanted To Extend It For Another Year.
9. But I Declined And Asked To Terminate My Contract. (Because After Your Salesmen Get Their Commission They Abandon You).
10. Nonetheless (ONCE AGAIN) They Continue Charging My Bank Account For NON AUTHORIZED PAYMENT (This Time At The 2nd Month) I Notice Those Payments; & Tried To Contact Bill Flynn; But At The 6th E-Mail He Plainly Told Me: “To Deal With This Problem On My Own; And To Contact Costumer Support To Claim For The Refunding”.
11. Because (Allegedly - That’s Not His Responsibility) And When I Asked For The Customer’s Phone Number; He Had The Audacity Of Giving Me This False Phoney Phone Number. (888-570-8863 Please Try It)
12. Note: If He’s Angry Because I Contacted Him Too Many Times; I’m Even More Infuriated Nonetheless I Will Never “Play” These Maneuvers.
13. I Am Extremely Disappointed With “Y-P System, Your Promises & Services Are Never Fulfilled.
14. Looking For “Y-P’s” Customer Support; I Just Received This Feedback Request. SO YOU HAVE IT!!!
15. I Do Not Appreciate The Run Around Or Ineptness Of Your Sales People & Their Dishonesty.
16. I Have Been A LONG TIME Customer Of AT&T Services (Including All My Phones & Cell Phones For Myself Office Wife And Kids) And Never Been Dissatisfied A I Am Now.

2/28/2012 YellowPages.com - Yellow pages.com has messed my ads up over and
Yellow pages.com has messed my ads up over and over again. They say they will be corrected and they are not. Now as I do my taxes I realize that when I made ad changes the last or correction last year they open me a whole new account and charged me for new ads still running the old ones with incorrect information. I have tried to fax them for 2 hours today and it is busy. I will email, fax, and call for the who know how many time.
