Depending on if I ever receive my product, I will rate this company accordingly. I ordered a shirt that was about 4 sizes too small. I returned it and have made many attempts to get this exchanged or my money back. After at least a month and a half, I have heard nothing. I really want to believe this is a good company. Please prove me right that y'all will do the right thing.

I ordered an iPad Air cover. The picture online showed an adorable kitten on the front and I was immediately sold. The price was a lot, but I really liked it. When I received it, it was only a front cover. I immediately called and after listening to constant music and promises for 30 minutes about how important their customers are I hung up. I layer the cover on top of the iPad while listening to the phone ring and I discovered there was a magnet on it which was to hold it in place. The whole idea of a cover is to protect it. A pretty cover on just the top won't do that. They should have made it clear they were selling only a front cover. I definitely will not shop here again.

I ORDERED SOME CUSTOM STICK ON LABELS. GOOD QUALITY BUT IT TOOK ALMOST FOUR WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED. NOW I GET AT LEAST FIVE ADVERTISEMENT E-MAILS A DAY. I REQUESTED THAT THEY STOP SENDING E-MAILS AT LEAST FIVE TIMES AND TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR MAILING LIST. NO RESPONSE. FOR THIS REASON , I WILL NOT EVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER.

I did like the gauze jacket I ordered online. However, I have been badgered with at least 2+ unwanted emails a day. I. In the emails, there is no way to unsubscribe. I'm on a limited data plan, Zazzle is stealing from me. I've tried to call their customer service number 888 892-2235, all I reach are sales scam recordings. No humans. Anybody have any ideas who to reach these con artist ?

My invitation order ended up in California, I live in TX. I have been emailing Zazzle's main number and emailing them but I haven't heard from them. You cannot speak with a human, I've been on hold the entire time. I'm out almost $100 and no one will return my call.

The worst customer service I have ever had anywhere anytime. I wanted to see just how long it takes to get thru to their customer service department to request a return label for a damaged item I recieved. I have now been on hold for two hours!! This is the third day I have tried to reach them. Sent several emails, no answer.
