The last 2 orders I have placed with Zazzle have both been 3 or more weeks late. The current order still hasn't arrived. Last time I wrote them when it was 3 weeks late and told them if they didn't have it to me by xx date. I would file with paypal and also the bbb. I got my order a few days after that. I thought I would give them one more chance. I am not ordering difficult things. Well, this is the last order they will be getting from me. Just an FYI, if you order the dates they predict you will get your order mean nothing, so add a month onto that date. But best advice.....don't order from them.

i was given a recipe binder and inserts for christmas but the arrival proved to be inserts for an address book.
i immediately called your company in december 2016 but the msg indicated your closure would persist until
jan 2017. i then sent an email and assured you that i would be returning the inserts in hopes you would be kind
enough to mail the correct ones to me. Alas, ;you returned the package to me marked unaccepted. What customer service!!!k I have tried calling innumerable times and not only have I not received an email indicating
your mistake and plans to rectify the order, but no one ever takes a call. We have had a business for 45 years
and customers would have never been treated in such a manner.

Depending on if I ever receive my product, I will rate this company accordingly. I ordered a shirt that was about 4 sizes too small. I returned it and have made many attempts to get this exchanged or my money back. After at least a month and a half, I have heard nothing. I really want to believe this is a good company. Please prove me right that y'all will do the right thing.

I ordered an iPad Air cover. The picture online showed an adorable kitten on the front and I was immediately sold. The price was a lot, but I really liked it. When I received it, it was only a front cover. I immediately called and after listening to constant music and promises for 30 minutes about how important their customers are I hung up. I layer the cover on top of the iPad while listening to the phone ring and I discovered there was a magnet on it which was to hold it in place. The whole idea of a cover is to protect it. A pretty cover on just the top won't do that. They should have made it clear they were selling only a front cover. I definitely will not shop here again.
