I too bought a Zeki quad core 8 inch tablet for my son on his 7th bday that after 3 months started to slow down ( its a quad core really come on!!) and then was hot to touch even after it was powered off.

I called customer support and they said I could mail it in and get a brand new one in 7-10 days but yes I had to provide the receipt from best Buy to which I had online since I purchased it online and picked up at the store. So the virtual receipt was stored in my account.

I am still however waiting on the email with the address to return the tablet too.
and call yesterday- again, NON-ENGLISH support person said my email address was typed incorrectly and he fixed it.. STILL NO EMAIL TODAY YET.
BICYCLE not BCYCLE! TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT PPL ENGLISH PLEASE.

I also had to give my receipt when I bought a cheap tablet last year for my son at Walmart in order to get a new /replaced tablet. Oddly the exact tablet I bought for my 4 yr old I have had zero issue with.

lessons to learn:
1. Buy a CHEAP tablet ( under $125.00) KEEP YOUR RECEIPT ! Put it in the tablet box and put it on the top closet shelf.

2. Don't buy a tablet under $125 and expect it to last a year! Once my son gets 8 I will invest in a good tablet for him but until then I would rather take my chance with a $100 tablet breaking vs a $300 one!

bought this back in april 2014, it froze and wont reset. It over heats and stays on the same screen display. This sucks.. Now im trying to return it thru extendted warranty from Kmart store,. Im being reembursed either gift card or points. ? O o Anyway trying to invest i suggest you spend the extra a buck and it will far. Not like this junk. pay a buck return a buck receive less than a buck..

Hi I am Zedra Toraine and my Zeki tablet 10" and it sucks too, Customer service is extremely poor. I get the run around when trying to return my product for a refund... the company received 100% of my money, yet I only received 10% of a working item.... My speakers do not work as well as everything else on this peice of junk. Fisher-price would make a better tablet than this...at this point I would rather have a tablet notebook made of paper and a ball point pen than this. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT EVER!! Thank you.

I am fed up with trying to get help from Zeki. I have called numerous times and have not gotten any assistance from them. All I need is an adapter. I can't find one in any of the stores that carry the brand. They can't even tellme where to find a universal one. No more Zeki products for me.

This zeki company is a fucking joke DO NOT BUY ONE BECAUSE ALL THEY GIVE A SHIT ABOUT IS SELLING THEIR PRODUCT THAT THEY MORE THAN LIKELY KNO WILL FUCK UP!
