Zillow needs to get out of the home estimate business. Zillow doesn't have a clue on how to estimate homes and property. Property values don't drop $30000.00 overnight. I think some realtors some how have the ability to change estimates randomly. I would rate zillow 1 being low on a scale of 1-10.

My house has been listed as off the market and the asking price has been raised from $135,000 to $160,758. How did this happen? And now, for some reason, I cannot get into the site to correct any of the information. Who did this? The same thing happened six weeks ago and it was corrected by a very nice guy who was kind enough to call me and go through all the problems and cleaned up everything while on the phone with me. They must have fired him because the same problem has happened again and I have been trying to get someone's attention for two days now. NO RESPONSE! The lazy woman who wrote me an email and told me she didn't see anything wrong was totally useless and definitely not paying attention.

Zillow has made mistakes on my house value. I purchased a rental home last April and they put the purchase price and date of that home onto my personal residence. I have been living in my home for 20 years and purchse date shows 4/1/2016. Facts need to be checked before they put this stuff on the Web !!!!!!!!

The value of my home was listed at $9,400,000. My neighbors' house was valued at $8,900,000. Within a day, my house lost $1,000,000 in value and my neighbors gained $6,000,000 in value!! My house is now $8,400,000 and my neighbor's house is $14,600,000. How in the world could this happen. Both properties are comparable, no work or upgrades have been done to either house.

We are in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles. I thought that Zillow was a fairly good guideline, but obviously it is inaccurate and a joke.

Zillow is the biggest farce in Real Estate. I can not figure out where they come up with property values, I have no use for them and refuse to do service with them or any agent involved with them. I want to make it very clear I am in the process of bring suit against them for publishing my personal photos they belong to me and the copy rights belong to me. If you follow there price guide lines you are a bigger fool than they are and that's saying a lot. I think we as property owner should start a class action suit for intent to defraud. Due to there devaluation of our properties !

Re: home listed at 5231 Canterbury Dr., Cypress, CA. According to the listing on this home's ad, the current owners/seller are the "original" owners. That is not correct. My husband and i purchased this very house before it was completely finished in 1964. There was still work to be done on the white cement block fencing. In the back - where the school is now was a dairy farm, and the whole sub-division was in various stages of completion with lots of dirt and dust and flies from the dairy farm. It was a true young family neighborhood with lots of kids of all ages and more babies coming constantly. We would shut off the street at both ends and do kid parties and BBQ's often.

We saw the beginning of Disney Land and could watch the fireworks every evening, and when the Castle was built, we could actually see the tiny little figure of Tinker Bell sliding down a rope from the tallest spire of the Castle. Turned out, she was an adorable - and courageous - 80 year old lady in a pink top and tutu with her sparkly wand.

If the new owners would like any other information about the first 9 year history of the house, they are welcome to contact me.

Added new items to enhance the home and add value such as over $20,000 to remodel two baths, two new garage doors, child-proof fence around pool and water conditioner. After reporting all of this to Zillow my home value did not change one cent.

I consider Zillow a big JOKE and will post online

I viewed your estimation of a home site this a.m. and was truly surprised at the values assigned for homes on Pucketts Dr., SW, Lilburn, GA. My home value was reduced to $198 K, when I had updated the information with a new kitchen update with granite counter tops, new cabinets, etc. etc., plus a new roof and new plumbing. Additionally, the two homes to the west of my home were both built at the same time. In fact, I watched the building of the homes and toured them before they went on the market. There is a difference of about $25K. Where in the heck, do you determine these values? Do you pick them out of the sky somewhere?

After complaining in writing during last year, you continually show condos and homes somewhere but not in my immediate area. They are priced well below my appraisals and they cannot be considered "comps". Why are you still doing this?

I do not live in a CONDO!!! My house is called a Townhome here in Las Vegas. Two homes with one adjoining wall. Get it through your pea brains...it is NOT A CONDO!!

There are 3 homes in my development for sale, one at $259,000 and the other that was listed for same price, approx, had cash offer within days. Another one sold for $5,000 more than listing price, which was $250,000. That occurred about 3 months ago. NEVER have you shown any of these as comps and they are in my development!!! Our homes are one-story and that is very desirable here (seniors in particular do not want to deal with stairs).

You must have lazy a---- working at your company who do not have the ability to work a computer or think. Wish I had a job where I could get paid to do nothing except screw up.
