9/9/2013 I have been trying to renew my Zone Alarm for two weeks
I have been trying to renew my Zone Alarm programme for two weeks. First of all it tells me I don't exist in your system although you keep sending me reminders to renew and so I tried opening it as a new account and you told me there is already an account in my name. You can't have it both ways - and in the meantime my subscription is running out. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Please let me know how to renew!

On 9- 18-2012 I sent an email to your support group telling them that about 8 months ago i had cancelled my on line zone acct. I noticed on my sept credit crad stament the you had charged my a account with another renewal charge after i said i did not want it anymore.. They said that i would get an answer in 2 or three days,it is now the 26TH of sept and they have not contacted me. I have no phone Number to contact anyone concerning this matter. Paying customers need to be able to talk to a HUMAN for support (a qualified human is more accurate I guess). when FINALLY tracking down a phone number, it says to use their online chat and that "customers tell them it's faster and better"...

That's BS... the online chat folks are less qualified, slower and not helpful. All zone alarm is trying to do is save $$ instead of helping the customer.

4/23/2012 Zone Alarm - FYI, I updated to the latest version of the
FYI, I updated to the latest version of the Extreme software and the program repeatedly became unresponsive when a virus scan reached the desktop icon links on my desktop. I tried reloading the software, running different scan modes, etc., with no success, so I gave up and reinstalled an older revision. Everything works normally with the older revision so there appears to be an issue with the latest software and my system, (Windows 7, AMD Phenom II quad core, Gigabyte GA0770T-USB3 Mother Board, Award F3 Bios, Nvidea GTS 450 Video).

3/25/2012 Zone Alarm - The new Zonealarm 10 UI in the application control
The new Zonealarm 10 UI in the application control is ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!
The lack of a table for easy tracking across the page is more than horrible!!
All the fonts are way too small too.
The old version were really fantastic and so easy to use!!
I had lots of problems getting it to configure - all VERY VERY annoying!!
I have used Zonealarm for 6 years and the new update is sooooo bad I am no having to look for an alternative firewall...
I am EXTREMELY disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE accidentally disconnected our Dell desktop's firewall. In Aug., '11 we renewed our contract. How do we get it re-installed?
