10/30/2012 Zune - I have been trying for months to get this
I have been trying for months to get this resolved. I was going to cancel my subscription. I have left my number for them to call me back because everytime I do try to reach them I have no luck I just get that it is going to be so many minutes wait leave a callback number which I have with no response back just the run around if you ask me. I am currently waiting for them on hold it said that there was a 10 minute wait this time. I have been charged for 3 months and have not been able to use it since I had my free trial. At this point it has cost me $30 so far for something I have not been able to use. This is B.S.... WOW!!!!!! FINALLY got a answer here is the number and you have to say it is for your xbox to get ahold of someone since Zune is not one of the opitions 1-800-386-5550. Lady on phone says my account is active after telling her that my phone says my music pass is expired on my phone and that the computer account is trying to charge per song or album. Asked her about refund she says had to talk to support first to find out the issue then they can transfer me back so as to we could deal with a refund on my account. No suprise xbox support could not help me but did tell me to go to the web sit and sign into my account for support from the actual zune people who do not have a direct number as I was told my the rude agent I was on chat with. I was told that he did find a issue on his end and that he would stop the charges for the month i was going to charge for which was the month of november and that i needed to start a new membership because he was going to cancel my old one because of the problem. Asked for a manager never got one because i feel like I have been cheated out of $30 (not the point of the amount it the principal) he says that per terms of agreement that there are no refunds. Wow didn't think you could be charge for something you were not able to use. Apparently Microsoft does. Anyways he offers to refund one month for me and tells me that I haven't been cheated when I told him I felt like I had been and that it was my fault that they didn't know I had a issue that if I didn't let them know that I had a issue that there was nothing they could do for me. If Zune wasn't hiding behind a website and their chat support and had a actual number it would not have taken me this long to contact them. I have called the number before and left my number as a callback number with no response. But does not matter anyways as the guy on the chat says they have no business messing with their stuff as they do not mess with theirs. How old is this guy? Because those were his exact words. Anyways when I told him about all the things I have read on the internet about Zune that I was printing the chat because I was sure it wouldn't be long before there was a class action suit against them he sends me the Fax number and the address for my lawyer to contact the legal department at Microsoft. Instead I think I will try to find a number for the corp. Office and call myself instead. Wonder if Microsoft has a corp number? Also do they have manager cause asked a couple of times and could not get one of those either.

Yes having the same issue..I need to stop the monthly fee for downloading music and cannot for the life of me get it done! I can't get into my account because it's not accepting my new email address -If I could get into it I believe there is a feature to stop the automatic debits. The only other alternative is to call my bank and have them stop it. I'm not happy with Zune for this reason.

My son somehow signed up for a Zune Pass for $9.99 a month. I cannot get this cancelled through the website and cannot find a phone number to speak with a live person. Customer service at Zune sucks! I guess I will have to block them on my credit card to stop the charges.
