4/12/2012 Cox communications customer service has to be one of the most hostile in the industty. The customer is wrong, if or until you can prove their error. They have multiple processes in place to make disconnection problematic. Their first line reps donot have any analytical skills and do not make any effort to help the customer. I have been fighting them for a service charge though i never watched one minute of cable Tv. I will Never use them again. My fault for going back a second time.

1/11/2012 To Whom this Concerns I am against the Prices Increased. This is Redicklus. I Refuse To Pay These Redicklus Rates. According To the City of Tucson YOU OWE MONEY. Where are People's Money Going Toward My Phone is Still Missed Up Today and Your People Ovesly Don't really Care. You Guys Have Lied To me a Few Times. I am Going to Be Looking/Researching Other Providers as of right now. Thank You Brendon

1/8/2012 Worst customer service I have ever had with a company. Transfered back and forth from IT to customer service so many times and then received a token email with no follow up. I look forward to the day when I can find another option.

11/29/2011 cox has the worst cust. service. They are not helpfull with people that are retired and are veterans. Most companies give you a discount if you are a senior or veterans. They abuse their monopoly in man ways. They are not compassion and understanding to other peoples problems

11/16/2011 Contrary to most of the comments on here, I've always had a great experience with Cox. Anytime they've come out to do service of any kind, I've never been charged once, and they're always quick and very curtious. (no I'm not a cox employee) I actually made it a point to call cox and tell them how good of service the technician gave me. That being said, they are waaaaay over priced. It's beyond ridiculous what they charge. They're freaking monopoly and they know it. (where I live anyway) Currently, my Internet is out and when I call cox all I get is "due to the high volume of calls, we're unable to help you now". Would be nice if they said something like: "there is a known outage in your area, we are currently taking care of it". At least that way I know what the he'll is going on, and it's not just my router...etc. Argh! Lol But overall, this rarely happens, so I can't get too upset. What, an outage once every 6 months? Lol I can live with that.

9/30/2011 I was on the phone for about a half of an hour Tryin to get my connection fixed. AT&T the end I was notified of a 49$ charge for a tech to come out, if it wasn't COX equipment that was the issue. At the end of this useless waste of time phone call, the lady on the other line asked if I was interested in any getting Cocks TV ?????? I asked her if that made sense as the point of my call was to FiX my Internet connection. She laughed, and said "no, it's just corporate policy. Just plain stupid, plain stupid. No Neflix tonight:(

9/7/2011 here we go again. i need to see if there are other options for internet, cable and phone. if it is not bundled at this poin i don't give a damn. i disconnected the internet once due to the fact that every night about 9PM the service would go down and would not come up until after I left for work in the morning. that was a few years ago. now i am back living permanently in this residence and last night the internet and this time the cable and phone went down. i need to call these people and plan on spending a lot of time on the phone. in my history i have had oceanic cable in hawaii, comcast in massachusetts, but this cox in rhode island sucks.

8/30/2011 Our son is in the Navy and lives in San Diego. He was deployed and sent out to sea for 7 months. He called and cancelled his service before he left. He then had all his mail forwarded to us in Illinois. Lo and behold a bill shows up for $150.00. I e-mailed him on the aircraft carrier and he asked if I could call them and take care of it. Even though I had his phone number, SS #, address, account number etc. they would not even look into the account to see if he had indeed cancelled. They told me I had to have a Power of Attorney! Really! This is how they treat service members in a military community. Unless he called them directly (which is difficult to do at sea and costs him a lot of money) they would not even talk to me - even though they screwed up!! I feel sorry for the people (especially military) in San Diego that have to deal with this company7
