5/21/2012 All you rich Republicans are the exact cause of the great recession we had. Bet none of you rich people lost your homes. What a rip off both Bushes were !!!! I am not saying Obama is a good president, but between a very elder Republican that's just like Bush, you had to take the lesser of 2 evils. Neither party is worth a dam right now. And, I sure dont doubt the Republicans will win again. What a scam !1!!!!!

5/18/2012 I just finished talking to Freddy at AARP billing and he combined two accounts that showed for some unknown reason. Now I should not be billed until my membership is up in 2013. I advised him that there were many people online who got billings that were not due, and asked him to report this. He said he would do this. I called 1-888-687-2277-0 to get help.

5/11/2012 I have Supplimental Insurance through AARP for many years and have been very happy with the Service. That prompted me to buy my Car and Rental and Umbrella coverage through AARP and found all the people that I spoke with very very helpful. The discounts that I have gotten over the years have more than paid for the membership fees. My renewal was not due until Septmber 2012, but I went ahead and renewed for another 5 years. Member since Sept of 1986 AARP has been of wonderful Service to Seniors and given us protection that we would never have had without them. The best representation we have, in this old system .

5/7/2012 I have paid membership for my parents 5/2/11 and 1/23/12. They are now receiving Membership Expired notices asking for another $16 to renew. I have called "customer service" twice and been told that they show no payments and the account number and p.o. box the payments went to are unknown. Even though they are the same except for the last three numbers as what is on the renewal form. This time the customer service guy told me to get the bank statement (cause these payments were paid online-through the credit union) and call back. I told him there was no need to call back as I was looking at the online statement and could give him all the information he would need. He told me to call back because his system was updating and he could not help me at this time. I called him a liar and hung up. My parents are in their 80s and I took over paying their bills because of all the scams that take advantage of them and the money they've spent. Imagine my surprise when AARP falls into the same category as Publisher's Clearing House and Reader's Digest etc.

5/7/2012 My membbership card has an expiration date of July 2012. So far I have received 3 renewal notices, one telling me my membership expired in April. Just one notice tells me I could renew my membership for 2 years. The others go from 1 year to 3. Each envelope enclosed has a different address. I just can"t imagine how you people keep your bookkeeping straight. SO do I just take my choice of which renewal I should use???? One envelope even tells me no postage necessary. Sounds like a good o9ne to use... .

4/24/2012 I have been receiving renewal notices for over a year since she DIED. I have returned these notices to AARP marked DECEASED but they keep coming. I called them today and was told it would take 12 weeks to stop these notices. That's way too long in my opinion, but hopefully they will stop eventually.

4/17/2012 4-16-12 I ALSO KEEP GETTING A LOT OF WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE UNNECESSARY MAIL. THIS INCLUDES ALMOST WEEKLY NOTICES TO RENEW - WHICH I'VE BEEN GETTING FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS. I CANNOT FIND YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE. AS A RESULT OF YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING METHODOLOGY, I ENDED UP MAKING TWO MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL PAYMENTS. I'D LIKE MY MONEY BACK. THANK YOU AND PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY HELPING PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED HELP!!!

4/10/2012 F YOU AARP AND AHOLE OBAMA. YOU ALL ARE ABOUT SOCIALISM. OBAMACARE WILL RUIN INDEPENDENT SELECTION OF HEALTH CARE. SOCIALISTIC SECURITY IS ANOTHER FINE ORGANIZATION THAT CAUSES GREAT HARM TO SMALL BUSINESS. IRS SCREWS MORE PEOPLE OUT OF HARD EARN MONEY THAN ANY THING ON EARTH. NOVEMBER 2012 WILL BE ABOUT GETTING RID OF THE SOCIALISM IN AMERICA.

4/9/2012 I have to wonder about the benefits of AARP! I received a quote from their sponsored car insurance company. What a rip-off they are. I have no tickets and never had an accident. They wanted over double the rate that I pay with my current carrier. If the rest of your so called exciting offers and benefits are equal to this I really don't need to renew my membership. Shame on AARP!!

4/4/2012 Barak Obama is going to screw America with this mandated health care. I do not think AARP can help fill the gap on insurance programs. Barak has f'ed America running!! AARP aligns with the freaking Kenyan born president we have. Lets get rid of the socialism that this president has created. The Demoncrat party is the breeding ground for all of the fing bull crap that has affected jobs in America. FU AARP and FU you Obama

3/30/2012 March 30, 2012 Please stop sending membership renewal notices so far in advance. It is aggravating and a waste of money. I am sure the money being spent for excessive mailings could be better spent elsewhere in your organization and I do not mean on salaries!!!!!!! Judy
