My husband and I have been paying for ur accidental insurance for some time now and recently had an accident. I've been calling ur offices leaveing messages etc this whole week and no one will return my phone calls. This is horrible customer service and didn't think this was going to happen when I needed help setting up a claim.

Our company offers Aflac coverage to empployees. For the employees participating we, the employer contribute $5.00/month towards one Aflac product. If the employer's $5.00/month is towards cancer coverge - would this be considered Healthcare and reportable on the 2012 W2, code DD?

I noticed many people leaving their personal information on here. Please keep your information to yourself for your protection. This is not Aflac's site. If you need their help please call them directly.

I'm a vested former agent (J5035), and have been able for years to get the amount of my monthly statement off the website. However, for no explained reason I can find, that seems to no longer be possible. Can you explain it to me, or am I doing something wrong? Please get back to me by phone or e-mail.

I HAVE TRIED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION UPDATED. I HAVE CLAIMS BEING DENIED BECAUSE NAME AND SS NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH. I HAVE GOTEN MARRIED AND CHANGED MY NAME. I HAVE SENT IN DOCUMENTATION BY MAIL AND FAX. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THE CALL WAIT TIME IS ALWAYS AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. I DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF TIME TO SET ON HOLD. I TRIED THE LIVE CHAT ON LINE AND THEY ONLY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AND SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. I AM TO THE POINT THAT I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY POLICY BECAUSE MY CLAIMS ARE NO LONGER BEING PAID. I'M WITH YOU SANDY "ITS A RIP OFF"

Hello, my name is Andrey Long. My wife and i recently thought we had job with Aflac,we went through all the procedures Aflac required. Thats buying the text books, paying for the test, and paying for the application fee for license, which cost us $187 each, not including we paid $60 for transportation. They never told us that if you are behind in child support or have a felony, that there would be a possibility you would be denied your producer license. I don't feel it right that we weren't told from the begining about the risk of losing our money!! I think. the people at AFLAC should of explained the risk. There is no refund for any of this money. We spent our rent money hoping to get this job. Now we have to move .AFLAC really needs to make these points clear from the start. This is misleading information. They did not educate us on the point.I fell like a sucker. I could have payed my child support with this money ,but i invested it so i could pay it all in full and only got shout down and even futher behind .Please be aware of the chance that you take with there offer for a job.
