I just got through to Gilbert on 866-434-6295 after a very brief wait. He was very friendly and helpful. This is the number to save: 866-434-6295. Enter it into your phone and save it: 866-434-6295. Don't waste hours with the other numbers--call: 866-434-6295. Boost really should include a live option on all their Contact Us phone numbers!enle

I paid to add money to my phone on Saturday, well before the end of service. I entered my credit card #; the payment went through and was confirmed. It was, however, never credited to my account, and the phone line was cut. The numbers on line for Boost Mobile lead, of course, to nobody; adding "88" leads you to a line requiring id for further communication. The 866-434-6295 led to a live person, who then transferred me back...to a phone tree without real people. All in all, I think it's time to quit the company.

I tried to reboost online and when I hit submit, it went to another boost page without completing the transaction. I kept going back and it would not let me reboost. It is hard to stay in business if your site won't collect your money. Customer service did not help at all. I think it might be a conspiracy since I'm getting close to Shrinkage mark of on time payments.

You will reach a live person at any one of those numbers above, if you wait long enough, call back when disconnected or reach the wrong Dept. and can tolerate their endless phone maze. (1) Do not pay online if you are traveling out of your State. Their system must recognize IP addresses. If you do, you will be charged tax even if NOTHING has changed with your account. I made my online payment as usual, for the phone I purchased in CA, for my monthly service in CA, using the same CA bank account, while still living in CA. Yet they charged me an AZ tax of $4 when I made my payment online while visiting family 20 miles away in AZ. (2) Do not pay multiple months in advance. Their computer system will not recognize it. They shut off my service even though I had paid them $150 in advance (3 months, which they told me was fine to do). Apparently their computer system is as inept as their customer service employees, because it does not recognize a payment in advance beyond 30 days. There has to be actual activity within each and every 30 day period. Most intelligent businesses would love to have people pre-pay. Most important, unless your problem involves something very, very basic, forget their customer service. Their "advanced" care employees are ignorant, unhelpful, arrogant and are working at Boost only because they are not qualified to work for a decent business.

I called the 866-434-6295 number shared on this website and did speak with a live person. The rep, Erica was very friendly and helpful. Wish this number was listed on Boost Mobile's website. Agree, they need to do something about their automated system, it's very frustrating.

I was having problems with my service and called the Boost Mobile number 1-866-434-6295. I recieved a live person named JoEllen right off the bat. She took the time to help and solved my problem. I know a lot of customers are not happy with Boost. All I can say is that they have been really good to me.

4-27-12 I called 866-434-6295. I got a real person quickly. Lisa was polite and tried to be helpful. She couldn't solve the problem after 20 minutes and she connected me to Daniel in another department, who was also polite but couldn't solve the problem. He "created a ticket" and turned the problem over to the engineer department who is supposed to get back to me after they visit the antennae to check for problems. 40 minutes on the phone, but at least I was talking to real people. I will never waste my time calling 611 from my handset or the number on the Boost site which does nothing but shuffle you around from one prerecorded message to another.

I purchased the Samsung Replenish and $55 of cell service. It took approximatly 4.5 hours to complete the transaction on Wednesday and 1 hour on Thursday of this week. It seems that there were serious complications and a lot of confusion in making this transfer. The cell service is terrible at best! I have lost several important calls one after another. I did this switch in order to "save a couple of dollars". No matter where I go in my area I have no more than two or three bars. Customer service is non existent. The best advise you get is from a recording advising you to go outside if your are experiencing difficulties making calls from inside, or if your outside and experiencing difficulties, move away from buildings or tunnels, SERIOUSLY. Boost Mobile you need to pull your product, go back to research and development get some serious investors or just merge with Verison because thats exactly where I am heading back to even if it costs me double. I am serious about my telecommunication ability and you shoud be too.
