cannot log in on my account. keep getting a message to the effect that chase's security certificate is not yet valid and to close this page to prevent having my information hacked. please correct asap, asit is important that my account be avail to men at all times. thank you, joseph r. picciotti

I have called the Chase Customer Services to enquire about 1099 - A or C for my foreclosed property in Southern California. The property was foreclosed in Nov 2010. All I get is run around and put on hold for few minutes and repeat my story as I am being transferred from one department to another as no one seems to find any information on there system. I have been even told the property has not been foreclose. The county records showed bank foreclosed and listed property for sale in Nov 2010. Need help.

My banking experience with Chase has been very poor at best. Dealing with Chase Bank is like rolling dice, you never know what you are going to get. I have let 3 messages with "branch managers", e-mailed and called the "support centers". NOONE has cared enough to return my e-mail or calls.I am done with Chase.

Same problem as Carol on 11/19/2010 experienced on 12/11/2010. I am quite frustrated with Chase & am closing my credit card acct with them.

You are very hard to get on the phone I want to pay my auto payment and for some reason this month I can"t will not take user ID or password. I have tried to reset and will not take SS # or my AMT account#
