5/3/2012 I registered with e-zpass April 9th. as of today, May 3rd I still have not received my device. I've been calling for three weeks and nothing but the run-a-round. Called again today, they said my device was returned to them. What the hell, I've lived at this address for over 5 years, I receive mail including bills, so why did the device get retured. Suppose to send another one out today, a lot of good this will do, I leave this Saturday for my trip. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 5 minutes and customer service came back and said no supervisor was available. I called her a liar, a supervisor was suppose to call me back on Tuesday. This people are rude and lie. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Yeah when hell freezes over.

4/27/2012 This is the worst company to deal with. I received a notice for a violation that is not me and I cannot get to talk to anyone. I entered a dispute and still have not heard from them!

4/23/2012 I tried 3 times on the computer to fill in the application and it would not take my cars license plate number.. Called Cust Serv. and a gentleman told me to use my last name in the plate box or the #24, neither of these worked, still another failure to get registered. Now I call Cust ser. again and got Ursula, I asked for her Id because she kept talking over me and would not listen to me. I asked for her ID # and she gave me 8152, who knows if this is a correct # or not. After finally asking her to stop talking and listen to me I asked to have her register me. She did so jumping all over the application order but nevertheless did give me an acct #. Jobs are so hard to get you would think the cust serv line would be monitored so representatives like this would no longer be there and a person who was willing to help you would have the job

4/23/2012 Ez Pass employees are so RUDE not to mention really DUMB. I inadvertenly paid cash at AC expressway while in my ez pass car, so I got charged twice! When I called ez pass to request a ONE TIME credit, they just kept saying NO. I would have to prove it, even though THEY ADMITTED they have a record of me going through the CASH lane( where ez pass should not charge you). THEY HAVE THE PROOF, but refuse to accept it...what the ??!! It's like dealing with brainless androids! They just keep reapeating the same thing over and over (and this was a supervisor!). They have no thought process what so ever! I actually got the feeling they enjoyed sticking it to me..a false sense of power I guess! Anyway they took my money twice for a one time to!ll, and responed with a *&$# you attitude. So to echo the general concensus of the vast majority...EZ Pass and it's customer service emloyees really suck. Somthing should really be done about it. All these complaints are too vast and too similar...We can't all be wrong!

4/20/2012 will attempt to contact nj ezpass via phone this time, apparently they have the 'authority' to charge unexplainable and unlimited amount of money off of my credit card just because I singed something saying I approve automatic refills, but all I do is go over 1 bridge for $5 twice a month, still have a balance of about $50 from the last charge and they AGAIN CHARGED MY CARD.......GUESS: $125!!!!! despite nasty email I got nowhere.....considering closing it altogether....will keep you posted... and to all Good Luck!

4/19/2012 What the hell... i thought DMV was terrible the one that i called was just rude.... the last time i called they we're trying to help me open one.. but the woman i spoke to was just obnoxious and damn rude on the phone.
