5/16/2012 I am in the free trial period and would like to keep Netflix, but the streaming is constantly being interrupted and reloading. Th reloading is very slow. If this cannot be changed, I will not want to continue my membership.

5/12/2012 I have not selected any movies in over a year, but I wanted to just recently. I cannot remember my password and have been waiting for a response from you but have not received an e-mail from you. You however keep on charging my credit card like clockwork every month. Please respond so that I can order some movies. Thank you very much

5/11/2012 My streaming keeps stopping. It says rebuffing but then it can not reconnect. I am getting tired of a service I can only use 50 percent of the time

5/9/2012 typical "free trial" membership...everyone should realize that if it is a "free trial", then why do you have to release your credit card information?? Oh...I know, so they can charge you anyway, and you can fight to get your money back! NEVER will I accept a "free trial" from anyone again. If I want something I will order it! Don't accept "free" trial. We all know nothing is FREE!
