5/16/2012 I am terribly upset with my Quicken which worked so well for years (I am now using 2010 but have used Quicken since 1999) I cannot update my accounts -- quicken will not connect to any of my credit cards or institutions. Most annoying is trying to get someone to talk to...impossible. The 800-811-8766 instructs you to go on/line Quicken support for a telephone number and when you do there are none listed there. I am thinking of getting another money management program that will give some help. Once is 14 years asking for help is not too much to ask is it?????

5/14/2012 I tried to purchase Quicken 2012 computer software online with my American Express credit card on April 8, 2012. However, when I was directed to print out the confirmation page it would not print. So, I assumed the purchase did not go through. Although, it apparently did go through, since I was charged $86.59 for it on my current credit card bill. Since I did not think the purchase had gone through, I tried again on April 20 twice and again on April 21, each time with exactly the same problem as on April 8 of not being able to print out the confirmation, and my concluding that none of orders had gone through.----- My mistake. All four orders had apparently gone through, and my credit card bill shows a charge of $86.59 for each one. I can use only one copy of Quicken 2012. Please credit my American Express card with the charge for the other three. I would appreciate a telephone call.

4/28/2012 They deducted the money from my visa account for the backup support system ... still can't get into it ... says my account is not available or some such crap. Then I went on line .. took half an hour to find the appropriate link to correct the problem ... joke ... they asked for another $49 to activate my backup feature... I am beginning to hate Intuit...

4/17/2012 Quicken owner for over 10 years, was very satisfied with the past product support as Intuit at one time actually gave you one on one assistance. Today, all has changed, recently purchased the 2012 Quicken premier, slight problem getting use to the new format but nothing that time and use didn't overcome. Over two months ago ran into a problem downloading my Barkley bank, Master Card information. The error code is CC-501,downloaded the error code instruction sheet on how to overcome the difficulty. Tried and tried but not beig a computer nerd I failed to solve the problem, called Barkley again, they again referred me to Intuit. The never ending circle continues. I no longer use my USAir MC. Intuit is doing a great diservice to the banks and other instituions that use their service. My recommendations is those of us who can not resolve our Intuit problems because of lack of Intuit support call your banking institution and let them know your situation. If enough people call and let them know the problem, maybe they will get into helping us in our battle with an insensitive Intuit corporation.

4/3/2012 I spent 3 hours on computer yesterday with 2 different people on line trying to find a way to remove a password I had entered, must have hit a wrong letter, as I have it written down, and just now, I was on phone for about 2 hours with a man that hung up on me. I have used Quicken since 1998, and their 'EXPERENCED??? PEOPLE that answer are a fraud, cant't answer anything.

3/23/2012 This the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You get her online or via a phone number. I've lost years of files just trying to upgrade to 2012. If I have to start over it won't be with quicken. Shame on intuit! You should give us ouroney back if you can't or won't provide the service you promised. I'm so mad right now!

3/17/2012 I have purchased a Quicken rental for 2012 and it is not the same one I was using.I would like to use the same one I was using before. Purchaed my item from Staples in Mobile and of course they will not except it back and I pad 149.00 plus tax for this item. I need to talk to someone about sending this item back and getting my money back so please send me an e-mail or something. P.K.

3/8/2012 Quicken forced the 2010 upgrade on my computer. Now I have lost all my files. It's impossible to get help. The "customer service number" is a sham. Online help expects to be paid for a problem that Quicken created. I detest Quicken. Intuit should be ashamed.
