This is a horrible bank. They returned checks even after i had deposited cash into my account to cover them. I was told that by depositing cash, the checks would be paid. Don't believe ANYTHING anyone from this bank tells you. They are among the very worst.

I BEEN BANKING WITH US BANK FOR 0VER 2 YEARS NOW AND I HATE IT.I HAD A FRAUD ON MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY TOLD ME SINCE I HAD THE CARD WITH ME AT THE TIME THIS HAPPEN IT WAS MY FAULT. AS EVERYBODY NO PEOPLE NO HOW TO COMMIT FRAUD ON THE BANK I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAPPEN TO.THE STORE AND THE BANK THEY GOT MY MONEY OUT OF I DON'T EVEN GO TO NEITHER ONE OF THEM. I ASK THE BANK WHY WOULD I PASS A BANK CLOSE TO MY HOUSE AND THE STORE CLOSE TO MY HOUSE TO GO ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO GET MY OWN MONEY OUT OF, AND TO COMMIT A FRAUD ON MY OWN ACCOUNT. ON THE DAY IT HAPPEN THE STORE AND THE BANK HAS CAMERAS GOING IN AND OUT OF THE STORE AND BANK, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THEM ON THE DAY IN QUESTION SO NOW I WILL BE CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT THERE AND OPENING IT AT ANOTHER BANK.

not a good bank but not as bad as others. I will not bank any further Im so glad my loan is bad off today. I have had so many problems. Thankful I keep all papaer work so I was able to resolve my issues, but every other month there where problems.

Horrible!!!! I've been on a joint account for 6 years and then they just lost the paper work that listed it as a joint account. So when an emergency happened and I need to get to the account they couldn't find the paper work. If they cant keep track of the paperwork how safe is your money?

I have been a customer of us bank for 5 years. i called the main office and told them i had found a truck on ebay.and i was going to pay cash for it and would like to finance part of it to pay off my older truck loan with them. they checked my credit score and said with my credit there would be no problem at all.as i was pre approved and all i had to do is give the local bank the file number they gave me.then lisa in davenport iowa got involved.she said we do not always give out loans when you pay cash.but dont worry it will not be a problem.she said i needed a statment from my bank showing i took it out of my savings to purchace it.with proof of insurance and a copy of the sales aggrement.i called her when i had all the paperwork on the 16 of september.she called me back and set up the appointment for the next friday at 4:00.she was not there and nobody knew nothing she had called the main office as soon as i got off the phone and denined my loan. so she has the nerve not even to tell me so i look like an idiot as everyone else there knew my loan was denined.and i found out from the main office the only reason was because i paid cash.they said it was up to the branch to deceide but i could appeal it to their boss. NO WAY i had a loan in 5 minutes from another bank and will have all my accounts closed by the end of the week. BEWARE OF US BANK 9/26/11

I live in Moscow, Idaho and I have been having problems with the US Bank branch on Blaine. The banker who set up my 'secured' on-line account and my bill pay has been accessing my account making changes to my bill pay accounts. So far this is costing me $1116.00, I have been refunded $50.00 so far. Two of my bills on bill pay either were not paid or paid late and that is where this all started. I went into the bank and the 'banker' set up a payment to go out on an account that had been closed for over a year, the bill did not get paid, then another payment scheduled to go out was received a week later than it should have, and a payment went out that I din't authorize, set up, or even have knowledge of until after it was sent and I still am tryin to get that money, not to mention all the 'FEES' I have been charged because of this ladies, and I use this term loosely, actions. She has been making big and little changes to my account and bill pay, I have not authorized her or anyone else at US Bank to make these changes and I cannot get ANYONE at the branch or on the 800 872 2657 customer service number to listen to me or work with me. They tell me it's not possible for anyone to use my online account without my permission, but the truth is, 'someone is' and I cannot get any of my fee's reimbursed even though at one point I was told at least $296 would be refunded to me but it could take up to 10 days, and I am still waiting. All but one of the people I have talked to from US Bank have ran around my questions, played word games and have mastered the art of repeating themselves, they lie as though it's their second language.I have been insulted, and treated as though I am stupid. US Bank has stolen my money right out from under me and have commited FRAUD by doing this yet nobody, I mean nobody seems to care that this is not just wrong, but illegal. I had hoped that maybe even just 1 person I talked to would have an ounce of moral and character to do the right thing. Very SAD US Bank, shame on you. this I guess is where I start. I am sickened by your lies and petty greed, what a joke!!!

WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS DEFRAUDED, SAY BY A WEBSITE, US BANK WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO NOT LOOK INTO THE MATTER. THE VICTIM IS PERSECUTED (DEBIT CARD CANCELLED WITHOUT AN INVESTIGATION OF ANY SUBSTANCE; RENEWAL IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS ONE PAYS WHAT THE BANK DEMANDS), WHILE THE FRAUDULENT PARTY IS NOT PROSECUTED. U. S. BANK'S EXPLANATIONS ARE SPECIOUS/GLIB. THEIR STATEMENTS ARE UNNECESSARILY ABSTRUSE (PERHAPS USEFUL TO THEM TO OBFUSCATE THE READER). THEIR USE OF CODES, ABBREVIATIONS, INITIALS ARE HARD-CORE MEANS TO COVER-UP THE PARTIES WHO ARE DEBITTING. WE'VE COMPLAINED FOR YEARS TO THE HIGH-TURNOVER MANAGERS (AND STAFF); THEY "DON'T GET IT", OR DON'T WANT TO. RARELY HAVE WE SEEN MORE THAN 3 CUSTOMERS @ ONE TIME @ THE CASTRO BRANCH IN SAN FRANCISCO. EVEN AFTER WITHDRAWING OUR ACCOUNT, WITHIN DAYS WE RECEIVED A FEE OF $45---A TRUMPED-UP CHARGE.

USBank Office Equipment Finance Services (OEFS): TERRIBLE! This is the "financing tool" that copier companies sell their accounts to. USBank OEFS can't get their head out of a hole-in-the-ground! I've been a client for decades, and they do not communicate well with the companies from whom they buy these contracts (the copier seller). OEFS is "GREEDY" in late fees, when it can take 16 days for an invoice leaving their office to reach my desk, I have to sit down the day I receive the invoice and pay it... or they claim they don't get it in time. What is that? Is it really my fault that their "payment processing center" is so slow. It is probably in Pakistan! So I recently called customer service...three months ago I provided proof of property damage insurance on this copier, but, hhhmmm, they can't find it, (this after a verbal acknowledgment back when I faxed it) so I'm contacting my commercial insurance agent again (She said: "Todd, we did this 3 months ago...oh, it's USBank, they are notorious for this.”) So I’ll have to do the process again. And I can just forget about the $30/monthly “Prop Damage Surcharge” I’ve been charged all these months. Further, not one, but two “customer service” reps just got sarcastic and condescending with me: The first rep was just plain snotty, but when I pressed for a manager, she (the manager) she accused me of taking “a tone” with her and called me sarcastic (which I was not, it quickly became clear that these “customer service” ladies were neither service-oriented or customer-friendly … Saving grace: it is “Talk like a pirate day” so: arg!
