4/27/2012 Extremely disappointed that your manager acted "put out" when I asked if WalMart beef has the additive known as "pink slime". Also the check out girl Ashanti, had about six inches of cleavage showing. Does WalMart not have a dress code? How about a little customer service and some "class" WalMart?

4/26/2012 I think it is really sad that Walmart no longer has Greeters! I'm sure that the people in the corporate offices saw the greeters as just an expense, but they served some very important functions. Our local Walmart (Iowa Falls, Iowa) only has two electric carts, and one of them is always out of order! I am disabled, and by the time I get from my car to the door, I really need a cart! The greeter has helped me several times by checking to see if the only working cart was in one of the checkout lines. If so, I wait for the cart, if not, I rest for a little while and then head back to my car so I don't end up waiting for hours for the cart to come back. The greeters also would point you in the right direction if you didn't know where to look for an item. The employees are often grumpy when you ask them, and tell you to go to the sign for that department. The thing they don't seem to understand is that you can't see the signs hanging from the ceiling when you are sitting in an electric cart. People who are able to stand up can see the signs, but from a sitting position only the signs close to you are visable. Another job the greeters did was to keep the carts put away. Since the greeters are no longer there, it is like an obstacle course just trying to get from the checkout stands to the "Out" door. Many customers just shove their carts to the nearest empty space after they have made their purchase. Since the greeters are no longer around, the carts just keep piling up between the checkouts and the door! The greeters also made sure that the electric carts were plugged in and charging when they were not in use. Last week I shopped at a Super Walmart in Ankeny, Iowa. I searched through ten electric carts trying to find one that didn't have a dead battery! I finally found one, but halfway to the back of the store, the battery died. There I sat, unable to move. I looked for an associate to help me get back to the door. Three of them were headed toward me, and when I called to them to ask for help, they turned and practically ran away! I finally found an associate to help, but instead of helping, he told me to just "stay put", and he would have someone bring me another electric cart. I sat for 20 minutes before flagging down another associate, and when he tried to tell me the same thing as the last associate did (stay put and I'll send someone back with another electric cart for you), I told him that he would have to push me to the front. He finally did it, but he wasn't very happy about it! In case you were wondering, I am not overeweight. I ended up telling the assistant manager my story, and leaving him with my cart heaping full with the items I had planned to purchase. The people at Target were more than happy to have me spend my $370 at the Target store! By the way, I had a total of eight disabled people ask me to help them find an electric cart that worked during the time I was looking for a cart for myself. Everyone of those eight customers thought I was a Walmart employee because I was plugging in all the carts that had dead batteries! Walmart customer service has really gone to pot!

4/19/2012 I have a disability that requiers the use of a motarized cart when I shop in a big store that requiers a lot of walking and when I go to wal-mart I go in one front door and there are no motorized carts,so then I have to walk all the way to the other front entrance only to find out that there no carts there either and if I do see one it is broke and not working.By that time I am in pain and unable to walk thru the store to do my shopping,so I just make it back to my car and go home.If you ask for help, nobody cares. They just say 'oh we don't have any'and maybe all of you out sitting on your cushioned office seats dont't care either, but if I were you I;d remember who put the padding in those cushions. It was US and Sam Walton, who did care about his customers.Thank god we have an H.E.B Food Store that has a lot of motor carts always charged and ready for customers.I'm not the only one who comlaints about this.

3/29/2012 I purchased an ipod at Walmart in Toledo Ohio for Christmas. I was asked by the Walmart worker if I would like a warranty. I purchased the warranty and the ipod had broke. It wasn't that big of a deal to me since I purchased the warranty. However, Walmart is now telling me that their worker sold me the wrong warranty and I was out of luck! After talking to a bunch of people about my crappy experience with Walmart I find out that I am not the only one this happened to! Now it makes me wonder if Walmart sells the wrong warranty on their electronics on purpose so they don't have to honor them! I will never ever shop Walmart again even if this did get resolved. Walmart sells crappy quality merchandise! Target is a much better QUALITY store! Bye Bye Walmart Hello TARGET!!!!

3/10/2012 The Bryan,Tx. store has to be the most unorganized of all the Walmarts. For instance: 1 - Two checkers to take care of the busiest part of the day - that's crazy 2 - Never seems to keep up with common inventory items - rediculous 3 - At lunch time (2:00 pm. ) the pharmacy goes to lunch, closes up shop & never indicates what time they will be back. 4 - There isn't a time that goes by that I have to check my ticket,'cause there seems to be a problem with double charging - and the machines are new!!! 5 - Say anything to a manager & all you get is " I'm sorry " I spend $350 - $400 a month at this store & I'm tired of it & it's getting worse.

2/27/2012 I have been trying without success to find a Kodak C1530 PinkMP Susan G.Komen Digital Camera. You have it all over your Website with a photo and description and price of $49.00 but no one at the Seabrook NH Store knows anything about it. On the Website you state it can be purchased on Line or picked up at a Store. I tried to purchase on the Site but it got complicated and I gave up. The Store says they don't carry anything Pink and does not have that Model Camera in any color. This Camera comes in a bundle and is a good buy except no one has it. I tried Radio Shack and Best Buy and they don't carry it either. Can you help me? I used to be a Sam's Demo in Bangor,Maine a few years ago and found the Management to be very nice and helpful and seemed to care about the Associates. I would appreciate it very much if you could contact me. Thanks a lot!!

2/15/2012 I called my usual pharmacy order in on 2/12/2012. The conformation date was Monday, February 13, 2012 after 10 a.m.I arrived at the West Point,MS -Wal-Mart Pharmacy at 6:17 p.m. to pick up my prescriptions. The order was processed when I discovered that I had either to many refills or the prices had increased on the generics. Upon asking the phramacy associate to check the order for accuracy she became irrate and unprofessional. I attempted to locate a CMS, but was unable to locate (Miles) who was on duty.It was determined that two prescriptions had been placed in the bag twice. I will be considering switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

2/4/2012 We live in West Palm Beach,FL and we shop at the Greeanacres store over on Forest Hill Blvd. Every time we shop there my husband has to get out of the car to move carts out of parking spaces. There is always a ton of carts sitting in the park lot while the people who are supose to be getting are sitting in front of the store on their cell phones, smoking or chit chatting with their friends. I have called an d spoke to a manager about this a number of times and it seems to no good. I have also applied for a cart attendent job and never heard anything back from the hiring person.. They are never in there office!!!!!!

1/30/2012 I spend my days trying to find OTHER local stores that carry the same items for a decent price. I live in a small town where we have a few grocery stores and a Walmart. I am so disgusted at their policies and they way ALL of them treat you. If you saw an older PBS show on how Walamrt delegates their prices to overseas folks to build them, you would understand why the quality of electronics and appliances are shotty. I am sure Sam is rolling over in his grave. You get what you pay for. After some more research, I can do better with coupons at other places like CVS, RiteAid, and such. Our Walmart won't even price match a store about 10 miles away, because they are the only store around and they don't want any competition. We are a small town and they take advantage of us because they think people won't stop shopping there. Well, I will drive the extra 10 miles if I have to. AND DON'T PUBLISH A COUPON POLICY YOU DON'T ABIDE TO. I am done with Walmart.
