Why is it, that when I enternet SkyGolf.com, for upgrading my SkyCaddieSG5, I find no way to update my SG5. You are directed to a technician for answers. They will answer your question for $8.00 Dollars. What a scam that is. I would rather buy another range finder, and it certainly will not be SkyCaddie.

I tried to make my monthly charge card payment yesterday at the Hall Rd and Schoenherr Rd Target with a personal check and was denied because my check didn't have my address on it. I just opened a new account at 5th3rd Bank last week, so I didn't have my new checks yet. I told them I could verify that the check was my and/or I or they could call the bank to verify the check. They just flat out refused to do anything. They said it was Target's policy and I asked for a copy of it, which they could not produce. I have a couple of questions: firstly, what if I mailed the same check in for payment? What would happen then...would you return the check and not apply it because it didn't have my address on it? Secondly, why don't you have this policy visibly noted for patrons to read. Then I was given a card to call 1-800-440-0680 and there was no option to talk to a customer service person. I'm so frustrated with your policy and your phone and online site I could scream!!!

I have ordered from Target online 3 times with no problems at all, The first two times I got what I ordered and was pleased with it. This time I changed my mind about 10 minutes after placing the order and called customer service, they cancelled the order and ordered the item I wanted- the whole process took 7 minutes. As far as shipping goes, if you use a target credit card you get 5% off and free shipping.

I placed an online order on 3/5 for SEVERAL items that were remaining on our baby registry (10%off). I had no issues placing the order on line and have been receiving the items piece by piece since then. One of the items I received in the mail on 3/13 was completely the wrong item. I called the customer service line and spoke to a rep and explained my situation (spoke clear English but did keep saying wait just a moment while I try to pull it up on the computer). She documented all the information, gave me a reference # and transferred me to a senior team member to help process the exchange. I was a little annoyed with passing me off to another person where I had to explain the situation all over but in the end the second lady was super helpful. Both were friendly and the total process took 20 minutes on the phone. In the end she refunded me for the item I originally purchased, I went on-line and re-ordered it (she took my cart number to ensure I was charged the correct price). She emailed me a confirmation of the refund and a link to the return label for the wrong item (which I not able to print off- hoping this is just a processing delay). Next I will need to drop the item off at a UPS drop off and then my target card will be credited for the return. She also sent me a $10 gift card for my trouble and for being so patient. Fingers crossed it works out as we discussed but so far, so good!!

This is The worst company Ever.... took me 20 tries to actually place my order. called their customer service 4 times to resolve issuess with the order. My god they are the worst, if you want to ruin your day then call them,,,, hear this from me Do Not Order from this company, I would rather pay extra for the item then to talk to a bunch of people that don't even speak English,,, four people i talked to and they had no idea how to do anything(please hold and let me see what i see in the computer), at last I got transfered to a superviser (richard) that just promised me to take care of their wrong doing(lied to me) just to get me off the phone.... Torrible, terrible, awful experience, please if you care for your time and nerve don't bother calling them.

After reading all the above comments I am afraid to order from target. Terrible press for the company. Was ordering from the baby registry but think best to go elsewhere for the purchase. What is happening to you.

Do NOT buy on target.com! If you really want a product look for it in the store or give up. I order a two swimsuits on sale. One suit shipped right away and the other was backordered. The suit that shipped had the wrong bottoms. Wrong size and color. Ugh! Jumped through hoops to get that returned. They wanted me to rebuy it at the full price (no longer on sale) and wanted me to pay shipping AGAIN. I went to three different people before I found a man who would refund me the difference between the sale price and refund my shipping. Why they couldn't just exchange it, who knows! The second suit was backordered for a month, which was fine. It's winter I can wait a month or so for a suit. I just got an email saying my items were cancelled. I call target.com to ask why, they have no idea. After 20 minutes on the phone the man tells me he thinks there were just too many back orders placed and they ran out. So apparently they sell items to people that don't exist? Great business strategy. I am through with target.com. In store I have had no problems with exchanges and returns. Save yourself the hassle and avoid buying on line from them!

Yesterday I ordered an item which during the check out, the process stated that the item should arrive between Wed-Fri so I thought ok. Should be alright since I need the item on Sat. Then an hour later I got an email saying that the item is going to be delay and arrive between Fri.-Mon. So now the item can be in late so I want to cancel. Once called their customer service, they said you can only cancel within the first 30 mins when the order was issued!!! Then I talked to supervisor who told me that it cannot be cancel because the item is already processing and getting to the delivery company so I end the call. Now this morning, I got an email saying the item will arrive 10-13 days later!!! So that supervisor from yesterday was plainly lying and now I'm just very mad at Target online system. I called them again and the new person say she can try to cancel the order but I will get email confirmation about the cancel between 3-5 days. I let her try the cancel but this system is just ridiculous. I won't ever order anything from target.com again and probably stop going to any Target store ever again as well.

Will never order from Target website ever again. Ordered 2 items from a Bridal Registry. I even paid extra to make sure the items arrived well in time for the shower. Only 1 item ever arrived. Have called the customer service number many times and each time I get a different answer on wheye the items are including blaming UPS. Today the latest answer was I just need to wait it out. Yes, that was their answer. Now I have only part of a gift for shower tomorrow. Embarrasing to say the least. Worst website & customer service ever!! Buyers beware. If you need something that must be there on time, do mot order from Target online. Most frustating experience ever with an online order.

OMG, almost 4 months later and still no resolve. I've spoke to customer service more than six times and Target continues to put a hold on my credit card for items that were ordered prior to Thanksgiving!!!! Of course my kids woke up Christmas morning without some of there presents and I was assured by Target the items would be there. No game system and they are still putting a hold on my credit card. They don't know how to resolve the issue and I will simply have to wait until the order expires from their system. I will NEVER order online from Target stores again. There practices need to be investigated by the BBB.
