5/22/2012 I have a contract with AT&T and my contract will be up in July and I can't wait because the phone company is awful. The rates are higher than other phone companies, customer services is a joke. My husband and daughter is on one plan and my cell phone is on another plan and my bill each month is higher than theirs and they have an older phone with no interent. Now can someone explain that one too me. After my contract is done AT&T will no longer get my money. The company is really a dam joke.

5/17/2012 I authorized AT&T Wireless to take payment, over the phone, from my bank account. They sent me a confirmation that had said bank account on the confirmation. I'm not sure how it happened, but they took the payment from a different account that had no money in it, causing it to go negative and charge me a $30 NSF fee and now they won't refund my money. I don't know what to do. My bank is trying to dispute the charge but they said that can take up to 30 days. What do I do? THEY SUCK!

4/20/2012 I agree their customer service is horible. I've had manny issues dealing with them on both Wireless and home internet. I never could get the same answer when I would call, I spent hours on the phone on multiple issues. I finally sent an email to the CEO and got a response with in 48 hours. I sent one email to the following Email addresses: Randall.l.stephenson@att.net; Randall.l.stephenson@att.com; Randall.Stephenson@att.net; Randall.Stephenson@att.com; RStephenson@att.net; RStephenson@att.com. Im not sure which address was correct, but one of them were and I received response from CEO.

4/19/2012 AT&T - "american" telephone & telegraph, right??? WRONG. THIS COUNTRY has been selling out for years and years and years. try to find something actually made here? i agree with all of you - after 8 hours on and off on the phone trying to straighten out my computer, with people i couldn't understand, who in the end couldn't fix the issue, as a last resort i actually got with an AT&T technician (from India), but he WAS able to straighten things out and when i looked up 'customer service' and sent a complimentary email, they emailed back advising i'd reached the 'entertainment' AT&T handling Utah. it's sad, and maybe we americans have been comfortable and passive over the years and now look what we've got!!! NOT MUCH, except a mess.

4/10/2012 ATT WIRELESS IS HORRIBLE!!! My phone has no coverage anywhere in or around my house even though I'm "one block from a tower." Even though I can't use my phone at all within a block from my house they will charge me a cancellation fee OR they will "allow" me to buy a $200 product to help boost the signal. Choose ANYONE other than ATT!

4/4/2012 att has terrible customer service period. what they tell you on the phone when i contacted sales dept for uverse tv and internet was all lies. i pay almost double what i was told. lies and never got a confirmation e-mail from salesman when i ordered service. they have lied even when i called and tried to correct extremely high contract. they should be forced to list all fees and have customers sign contracts when ordering on line. bait and switch. i'm still not done filing a complaint with the bbb. don'nt let them lie or fool you. i documented the entire conversation with the salesman. prices and what came with the price. joan in gulf breeze fl 4/4/12

4/4/2012 I have been with ATT for 7 years and the customer service is getting worse..downright insulting. I cannot reach anyone in the USA ..every call for billing or cust. service goes "offs shore". I am sick and tired of it..people have lost jobs here in the USA due to the outsourcing. I want to speak to someone with an American name and an American accent..who understands American problems..I am sick of the apologies every ten seconds...ATT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER..I am ready to quit ATT..I pay in American cash...and plenty of it so I would appreceiate some American courtesy and service. ATT executives are idiots for not realizing how irritating this is to EVERYONE. I won't be the only one switching Mobile phone companies.

3/28/2012 Att does not know what is going on.They do not post a number to call if you have a problem. I got hold of somebody finally two support people ask the same questions but no answers. The support person told me three days for a technician to look at the problem where are they coming from India? ATT really has bad support and reliability when there is a problem. My contract is up maybe so is ATT They gave me a number of a complaint filed a lot of good that does! They better not charge for the 3-4 days out of service probably they will charge me for their problems.

3/21/2012 Just trying to pay my bill on my family talk plan that is in my daughters name but because I don't have her social security number they won't tell me the amount I need to pay. How idiotic is this I want to give them money and they want me to guess how much to pay. I used to just dial 611 and it would tell me the amount and I would pay it. AT&T your customer service is horrible and your people are stupid. I guess I have to look at other carriers when the contact is up. I will also tell everyone I know how awful your service is. I am in sales and do everything I can to resolve customer issues not just quote company policy.

3/15/2012 Att wireless has horrible services. The customer service specialist s do not provide customer care. I would not recommend att to anyone. I did not make a year of service, with several problems in service as well as the phone itself.

2/22/2012 Worst service ever 02-22-2012 03:30:42 PM This morning I received a notice of a software update on my Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket. Foolishly, I allowed the update to begin. Now, I've had my phone for 32 days and I love it. Well the update blew the firmware but it took a chat with Regina whose only advice was to wait two more hours, phone support from AT&T and Samsung. 5 hours later I was give the choice of sending my phone to Samsung to be reflashed or to trade for a refurb from AT&T. After agreeing to the refurb and listening to all the ominous warnings that I'll be charged more than $400 if they deem I've abused my phone! They broke my f*@$^ing phone! I will never allow another of their updates to load. If AT&T/Samsung cannot test there own software then why should I? I lost a days work and I get a used phone for their screw-up and there is no compensation except their scripted apologies. I cannot wait until I can go back to Verizon. I don't believe they read these entries but it helps a little.
