5/2/2012 I bought a canon vixia hfr200. the cam itself works good; but the software with it is horrible! and I do mean H O R R I B L E ! ! ! Its not user friendly at all. it is just a waste of time to try and use for videos; there are a lot of features; but trying to use them sucks! I calle canon to see if there is anyone that can help me: I am on hold for 12 minutes now. Bet the tech ran out the front door when he heard a customer was calling for help with this beauty.......

4/24/2012 A month and a half ago my stepdaughter used her hard earned money to purchase a canon powershot camera from Walmart. It stopped working. It came with a one year manufacturers warranty (or so it says). Walmart would not do anything as it is just over their time period for automatic replacment. In contacting Canon they are NOT honoring the warranty and want more than what the camera is worth just to look at it. Look like I will NEVER purchase another cano product again.

4/10/2012 On March 30, 2012, I bought a Canon MG3100 from OfficeMax. After my son setup the printer, he and I printed a number of pages, some of the printed papers were for my son's school work and the remaining printed materials were reference materials for me. I found that the printer more than met my expectations, especially with the quality of the photographs I printed. I read some of the criticisms of the Canon MG 3120 series and I disagree with many of the criticisms of the Canon MG3120 series. The reason for my view is that many of the individuals who did not rate this product highly did not stop and think about what they wanted to do with their printers and bought the wromg type of printers for the intended use. I am search for another the available information on other Canon to see if thre is a Canon printer I can use for more demanding use.

4/2/2012 2) Mid year last year HQ purchased a Canon Rebel T3i EOS 600D camera, Serial #072023002513, for our use as a piece of technical equipment. The camera has been used twice since it's purchase. The first time it was used in December 2011, SA Morrison started to have problems with the auto focusing (pictures coming out blurry) about three days into it's use. When I used the camera this time I had to go to completely manual settings because not only was the camera not focusing it was not shuttering (taking the picture) at all in automatic mode. I believe this camera is still under the 1 yr warranty and there is a mail in service for repairs, but I need the date of acquisition and proof of purchase to send with the camera. If you have something I can use to send to Cannon to get the camera looked at I would appreciate it.

1/17/2012 I have a Canon MX700 printer/fax/scanner. I have an I-Mac running OS 10.6.8. I want to know how to scan items to the computer. It doesn't work directly with the scan button.

1/16/2012 I bought rebel t31 canon camera last November/11 and everything is find. I set date that would appear on the picture when was taken but when i recopy the pictures, date does not appear.I want date to appear on pictures. What will i do? I have smaller canon, the date appear on the picture. Thank you. Esther

1/9/2012 I bought my husband a Canon 14x Power Shot SX210 IS for Christmas 2011. The video sensor has a flaw. When we shot a series of small video footage, there is a consistent dot stuck on red that shows up on the video screen. It's most evident when videoing darker surfaces. It is located on the top right corner of the screen. It is approximately 1/3 of the way down from the top right corner and then about a 1/12 of the way to the left from the right edge of the screen. The still camera sensor seems to be fine. It's also not the LCD display because the problem with the video is only evident when we view it on our computer or TV. I called Electrobrand, the company from which I bought the camera and they sent me to Canon to have it repaired free of charge. I look forward to hearing back from you soon as to how I go about getting it repaired. Thank you for your help.
