THIS IS THE ONLY VALUABLE NUMBER, I SPOKE WITH CAROL WHO DIRECTLY ASSIGNED ME A CASE MANAGER IN TEXAS, WHO GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION AND HAS THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THESE MESSES. 3/19/2012 3/19/2012 THANK YOU FOR THE CONTACT NUMBERS OF THE HOME OFFICE; AFTER TWO MONTHS OF RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES, WE FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO AMERICANS IN THE HOME OFFICE AT PALO ALTO. SHE WAS GREAT AND WENT INTO OUR ACCOUNT AND FOUND THAT THE CREDIT WAS NOT PROCESSED, AND ASSIGNED US TO A CASE MANAGER IN TEXAS. THIS CASE MANAGER WAS WONDERFUL AND APOLOGETIC, AND IS PROCESSING OUR REFUND. WE EXPLAINED THE ISSUES OF THE PAST 2 MONTHS, PROBABLY UP TO 25 OR MORE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND THAT WE NOW HAVE ENOUGH CARTRIDGES PURCHASED THAT WILL PROBABLY LAST PAST THE LIFE OF THE PRINTER. (EVERYTIME WE SPOKE TO 'TECH SUPPORT' IN A CERTAIN COUNTRY, WE WERE BLASTED WITH 'WE ARE NOT SALESMAN, BUT THEY WOULD SPEND 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR TRYING TO SELL US INK CARTRIDGES AND JUST TO GET THEM OFF THE PHONE, WE HAD TO BUY MORE.) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF HP IS HAVING US RECONSIDER PURCHASING ANY MORE HP PRODUCTS, WHAT A SHAME! CERTAINLY LEARNING TO BE MORE PATIENT IN THESE CHANGING TIMES, BUT THE FRUSTRATION OF THE PAST TWO MONTHS MADE ME PHYSICALLY ILL. THANKS. BARB

3/12/2012 I bought HP Desktop from Sam’s Club with in home 4 year Warranty. My pc is been giving me problem since I bought it in March of 2011. Hp has tried to fix my pc many times but was unable to fix it. They also promised me to replace my pc few months back but so far no luck. In short HP service is very Bad and not fulfilling their promises. It seems to me it is waste of money to buy HP.

3/5/2012 I have been trying to talk to someone about a problem I am having with this pop up thing on my monitor. It says "ODS Lockout". I can't get in touch with anyone to find out what it is and how do I get rid of it. I'm not a computer wiz and have no idea how to deal with this.

3/1/2012 Ironically, my HP Pavillion is fine. It is the rebate that sucks. Bought the unit at Staples and submitted the rebate forms online. So far so good. When i went to investigate the $50 rebate I cannot get a live person to tell them that I never received the check The recording, and the website inform me that it was mailed on 12/21/11. No matter where I call I am either put on eternity hold, disconnected or transferred to the rebate "hot line" where no human ever picks up the phone.ARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

1/24/2012 I bought a photosmart premium series printer a little over a month ago and have had nothing but trouble with it! I have spent hours on the phone with customer support, a supervisor was supose to call me at 9 am this mourning, I am still waiting for them to call me. I am so frustrated I could scream! I bougth a HP 2400 series printer in early 2000 and really liked it. I bought a new computer last year and the old printer could not keep up with the new computer, so I bought a new HP printer...what a MISTAKE!! DO NOT BUY AN HP PRODUCT ONLINE! I'm still on the phone (two hrs later) and many other hrs talking with tech support. They are still telling me that they want to try to fix it. At this point I just want a refund and return the printer. And two and a half hours after a supervisor was supose to call me, I have yet to speak with one! NEVER AGAIN! HP HAS LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. I am disgusted with this whole thing and HP.

12/15/2011 I am waiting to hear from a supervisor at HP corporate office RE: a customer service issue. If Hp wants to keep my buisness they will call me , if not I HAVE BOUGHT MY LAST HP!

10/18/2011 I HATE (HP) CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! OMG ugh! So I’ve had a Compaq laptop nd HP laptops since I was 16 they both share the same customer service.. For years I have felt with vey unprofessional RUDE people, I had time where the representative yells back at me and resuses to transfer me to a Supervisor.. But yesterdays phone call with HP was by far the worse and I promise you as I type this review I am also contacting my lawyer these people must be reported to someone, somewhere and they should either go out of business, or get better professional representative that we UNDERSTAND WHEN THEY SPEAK. So I purchased my laptop in Feb 2010 with two years warranty. I called HP yesterday 10/17/2011 and spoke to a rude man named (SHASHI) not sure if thats how it’s spelled, Which I could not understand when he spoke, and I asked him to help me retrieve the log in password to my laptop, he asked for my laptop info, some of my info, and told me the warranty was expired on my laptop and I had to pay $75 for him to help me. I explained to him about the 2 year warrenty I had gotten when I purchased the laptop, he said we don’t have that onfile ….  I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPER ISOTOPE SO I COULD FAX OF MAIL A COPY OF THE RECIET…the REP refused to transfer me because my issue was not a valid issue, ARE U KIDDING ME!!!!  So i pressed record on my phone to record the rest of the conversation, I made him very aware i was recording everything and he said "I don care" I spent about 45 minutes arguing with this man because I wanted a manager someone superior to him and he continued to refuse to transfer me, He had the nerve to YELL at me "Lady shut up, and listen to me, I am not going to transfer you, because this is not a valid reason to have my managers time be wasted with"  Wow Wow Wow  Anyways in the end, I was never transferred to a manager, and I still can not log into my laptop. I did call my lawyer fax the RECIET stating 2 year warranty was purchased with the laptop on February 2010, I also E-Mailed him the entire conversation, Lucky me, I asked the rep for his name 3 times and he did say his name 3 time therefore, we can handle it easier.  SOMEONE MUST STEP UP AND HANDLE THIS FOR FUTURE CALLERS...

9/20/2011 I BOUGHT A NEW G62 LAPTOP THE FIRST OF MARCH. SO IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. LABOR DAY W/E I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS. ONE SPECIFIC PROGRAM. THEN IT JUST FROZE. COULD NOT CONTROL-ALT-DELETE. I HAD TO SHUT IT DOWN WITH THE POWER BUTTON. WHEN I TRIED TO START AGAIN I GOT A NO HARD DRIVE ERROR. SHUT IT DOWN AND TRIED AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES. GOT FRUSTRATED AND JUST QUIT FOR AWHILE. THE NEXT TIME I TRIED TOSTART IT I GOT THE MESSAGE-NO O[ERATONG SYSTEM. GOT THAT MESSAGE THE NEXT SEVERAL TOMES I TRIED TO BOOT IT. SO I QUIT FOR A WHILE. THE NEXT MESSAGE I GOT WAS-LOAD BOOT DISKS INTO DRIVE. I DID MANAGE TO BOOT UNDER SAFE MODE AND RUN DIAGNOSTICS TESTS. START UP TEST FAILED. SYSTEM TUNE UP TEST FAILED. RUN IN TEST FAILED. QUIT AGAIN IN FRUSTRATION. NEXT DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT. GOT SOMEBODY 12000 MILES AWAY THAT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. HE HAD ME START THE COMPUTER AND IT BOOTED RIGHT UP. HE THEN RAN SOME TESTS FROM REMOTE ACCESS. TOLD ME HARD DRIVE WAS BAD. THEY WOULD SEND A NEW HARD DRIVE. HE THEN PASSED ME TO A SUPERVISOR. HE SAID I NEEDED TO COPY WHAT I WANTED TO SAVE ONTO ANOTHER HARD DRIVE(FROM A HARD DRIVE I COULD NOT ACCESS). TAKE OUT THE BAD DRIVE AND SEND IT TO THEM. THEY WOULD THEN SEND ME I NEW DRIVE WHICH I WOULD HAVE TO INSTALL. THEN COPY EVERYTHING BACK. THIS COMPUTER DID NOT COME WITH ANY RESTORE DISKS LIKE USED TO COME WITH COMPUTERS. THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS ON THE DIAGNOSTIC PORTION OF THE HARD DRIVE(THAT I CANT ACCESS). I HAVE A TOSHIBA LAPTOP THAT IS 8 YRS OLD THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD WORKED ON FOR ANYTHING. IT IS GETTING SLOW, BUT IS STILL WORKING. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE OR TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE US THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND AND FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON.
