4/27/2012 My wife today is fed up with Bank Of Americas on-line banking system for multiple reasons. The bottomline is that the system is unrealible. Today she is unable to accesss any of our account information period. We have two checking accounts (household, and business) we have spent numerous hours with the tech support people; non of which can figure out what the problem is. We have done business with B Of A for the last 30-40 years, and as of this moment we are looking into other means to handling our banking needs. Today we understand from one of the reps, that the California online system is being reworked so it will be compatible with those used in other states. Every time we talk with someone at B Of A we get different opinions as to why they can't provide consistant on-line banking service to their customers.

10/6/2011 bank of america is the absolute worst bank to be part of. the thing i hate about them is they put you in accounts which will generate the most profit for the bank representative you're talking to without checking with you how you do your banking. because of me being placed in the wrong account, BofA had all these fees on my account which they didn't even explain to me when i opened my account. they may be everywhere but they're just too big a sinking ship to care about their customers. all they're after is the profits and the fees they can get off you so that they can save their bank from completely sinking.

9/13/2011 WORST COMPANY EVER. I SUGGEST EVERYONE DISCONTINUE THERE SERVICE WITH THIS BANK. HOW DO YOU BAIL OUT AN INDUSTRY GIANT AND THEY CUT 40,000 AMERICAN JOBS ON TOP OF THE 3500 THEY CUT A FEW WEEKS AGO? WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SEND YOU TO SOMEONE NAME MARY IN DELHI, INDIA...WTH THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AN INSULT TO ALL AMERICANS. NOT ONE BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE AMERICA IN THEIR NAME AND NOT ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAN COMPREHEND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AT LENGTH. THE SAME AS HAVING AN AMERICAN PROUD T-SHIRT THAT'S ....MADE IN CHINA. WOW PEOPLE, WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.
