5/5/2012 This is not exactly an comment, but requesting an explanation to an problematic situation about to cccur. I am quadriplegia disabled veteran who purchased 21 days in advantage ticket which I am supposedly depart on 21 June 2012, but must go into VA hopital for 8 days of tests before allowed to travel. I was wonder what will it cost me to change the departure date on ticket. I will await your response so I can change the date on ticket before I go into hospital.

4/25/2012 to go to a funeral) Due to the stress of the funeral she accidentally placed her name on the passenger to board the bus which should have been my name. We called right away to change the name. "GREYHOUND STATED THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE IT WAS PROCESSED AND PRINTED" I FEEL, IF I PURCHASED THE TICKET I SHOULD BE ABLE TO UPDATE PASSENGER INFO. I THEN CALLED THE 214 NUMBER;;;; TALKED TO SEVERAL REPS STATING "OH GO AHEAD AND PRINT THE TICKET YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO BOARD" ALL OF THEM ARE WRONG. I THEN CALLED BACK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER TO SEE WHAT OTHER RESPONSE I WOULD GET AND THE REP STATED" WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKET PER THE CEO OF GREYHOUND"" THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I RIDE TO LOS ANGLES ALL THE TIME AND AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE,,,, I WILL NOT BE USING THIS GETTO BUS LINE AGAIN... ESPECIALLY WHEN I CAME BACK FROM SAN DIEGO AND A LADY DID NOT HAVE HER ID OR GREEN CARD TO SHOW THE HOMELAND SECURITY GUY WHEN HE CHECKED THE BUS but WAS STILL ABLE TO RIDE I WILL BE CALLING MY LOCAL NEWS STATION TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET ANSWERS. OH' TO COMMENT ON THE 18.00 GIFT FEE GO FIGURE.. THAT COULD BE A FEE TO USE IF YOU HAVE TO UPDATE PASSENGER INFO....IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE... . KIESHA

4/22/2012 I brought a ticket- recieved a vocher - so I didn't loose my money. Is greyhound associated with any other company - like Grey hound?

4/21/2012 Just to let people know that greyhound is the most unreliable way to travel. My son is suppose to be on the bus at 7:05pm and is still at the stop do to the bus not stoping there like it was suppose to im very upset and disappointed

4/19/2012 I have booked a Oz Experience Tour from Sydney to Cairns over Greyhound Company.. Unfortunately I couldn`t join this trip and i had to cancel. I cancelled my booking and i told Greyhound my creditcard nr. and the lady at the telephone told me that everything is fine and I will get my money back in the periode of 10 days. After 14 days I started to ask myself where my money is and i called Greyhound again. Nobody knew ANYTHING about my booking cancellation and after several times of calling different people from Greyhound,they finally told me,that the phone-connection had been broken down,on the day I called to cancel my booking!!! What a unprofessional company my god!!! Everybody is a liar you talk to on the phone!!! I called several times to make sure my cancellation is stored and if they could give me my refund.Everytime they told me,yes everything is fine,no worrys.The fact is,that I still can open my booking-account on the Greyhound homepage!!!They never did anything!!! I booked this Ticket over World Square Flight Centre in Sydney and both Companys,Flightcentre and Greyhound told me that they are not responsible for my refund and that I have to call the other company... This people owe me 377 dollars which I should have become within 10 days! Now I have 2 months left in Australia before I go back to Switzerland and now the Flightcentre tells me that Greyhound needs 3 months to transfer the money to the Flightcentre and after 3 months they can refund my money..! I am totally exploding since a few weeks and I will never book anything again with this dubious company!!! We live in 2012 and for gods sick who needs 3 months to transfer an amount of 377 dollars to a banc account???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I would be so grateful if somebody could tell me,if this 3 months are in the terms and conditions of Greyhound,or if they lied to me once more!!!??? 4/17/2012 Greyhound does bad business you better off not to leave the driving to greyhound they just want your money. whether or not you reach your destination they don't care.and don't even think about getting a refund back, get ready for a wild goose chase,you'd have a better chance catching a ghost.Something needs to be done and it needs to be done now

4/2/2012 What is wrong with America?? I just know that we can and should do much better. This country has been hiding behind the fact that MONEY is the "NEW GOD" in America. We are doomed to the bowls of Hell, if we don't change our ways. Greyhound needs to change their ways and give us the decent Bus System that we deserve to have. It is beyond the time to do so. Everywhere else has decent bus lines and ours has deteriorated to the point where it is dangerous to travel on Greyhound. As a child, I traveled all over the country on Greyhound and Trailways. It was fairly clean and quite safe then. Now, it is dirty, nasty and just plain uncomfortable. It's time for Greyhound to be sold to a conpany that can upgrade and make the busline much better. A bid needs to be put out to the world for a better owner.............

3/26/2012 NEVER USE GREYHOUND THEY OVERBOOK THE BUS THEN MAKE YOU WAIT 3HOURS FOR ANOTHER ONE PROMISE A FREE BREAKFAST THAT DOESNT OPEN TILL 7 IN THE MORNING PUT YOU ON ANOTHER BUS THAT TAKES YOU TO ANOTHER STATION THAT MAKES YOU WAIT FOR ANOTHER 5 HOURS YOU CANT CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT THE DEAL IS BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS CLOSED THE DRIVERS HAVE A ATTIUDE FROM HELL NOW WE NO WHY I HOPE ANOTHER BUS COMPANY TAKES OVER
