5/23/2012 I just spoke with Emily (Customer Service), She's a bitter sweet person and She's NOT very helpful, I asked her to send me a paper bills instead of charging to my credit card or debit card. And She won't do it, She rather have me to cancel the service and membership. I think, Netflix have a very bad policy or customer service! I have to repeated 4,5 times to give her my e-mail address, then to spell it. I have been working in the Customer service all my life, and never have this kind of service from her. It's too bad ! You will loose more Customer the way They treated Customer like What Emily did. Regards Your X Customer .

5/23/2012 Netflix is the documentary fan's paradise! It has the best selection in the world!!! I love you Netflix!!! And all those who "complain" for the $7.99/month can just go throw $150 to one of the cable providers to watch "superior" quality programs like the confederancy of Housewives and Talentless Americans....

5/22/2012 I have made numerous attempts to cancel membership before the free trial was up. However, I have been unable to reach anyone and there is no option that actually works to cancel membership. I would like my 7.99 deposited back into my account because I can't get in touch with anyone about canceling my free trial. It has not been free Please stop charging me!!!!!! I would like some type of confirmation that this has been taken care of as well as my money back. Thanks. Kimberly Campbell.

5/18/2012 Why do you have so few offerings? I can get documentaries from my local library. The Help and Dream Girls were two of my last requests, but suggested offerings were not even close.

5/16/2012 I am in the free trial period and would like to keep Netflix, but the streaming is constantly being interrupted and reloading. Th reloading is very slow. If this cannot be changed, I will not want to continue my membership.
