5/23/2012 This is bull i tried to call and ask for help at a local station and the tone that the man was talking to me was just ridiculous. I tried to get a better understanding of the situation for a package pickup. Are you hiring young teenagers cause this is not acceptable at a professional billion dollar company.

5/21/2012 If UPS would allow customers to contact their local hubs and actually talk with a "REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" person they would not have all the prlblems that they have. I used them in my business for 29 years. A NIGHTMARE! I now use Fed EX I can call and talk to anyone any time if they say they will be here they are ususlly early. If I miss a shipping witndow they will even tell me where the truck is in my Local area I take it over they will take it. Supurb Customer service. I loath when vendors ship to me UPS. I know my orders will never be on time, nor will they deliver when stated. World Ship will have OUT FOR DELIVERY posted, when I know it is beig scanned in a city that is 5 hours away. Poor Service, and Lies!

5/17/2012 This past Saturday I watched as the UPS deliveryman took a box from the truck & walked up to my door. The arrows on the sides of the box instructing that it be kept upright were HORIZONTAL!!! Needless to say some of the soil around the beautiful rose plant that my daughter sent me for Mother's Day was spilled out in the wrapping around the plant. Thankfully it was well packaged. Didn't he know what the arrows were for or did he just not care??? This was 9:30 in the morning; not like it'd been a long day & even if it had been, there's no excuse.

5/16/2012 Today I watched the UPS guy pull up at the house at 13:00. Banged around the truck for 5 min or so. Then drove off with out delivering a single package. Now tonight I receive a phone call stating that UPS needs to conform my address. He read off my address. They had the correct address. I then told the man that his driver parked in front of the house and dug around in his truck with out delivering a package. I knew this because I was sitting in front of my window with it open at the time. He put me on hold for a while then came back and said we will have someone contact you in the morning on how you will receive your package. No sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I will never use UPS again. I will always stick with FedEx. I have tracked packages through FedEx and had it dropped off at my house when they said it would be dropped off with in a five min window. I was so impressed.
Not UPS
5/12/2012 UPS drivers cannot be relied on to do what they said they do. We live in a senior citizen retirement community. Today we were expecting a delivery of insulin for my husband. Our prescription service notified us it would be delivered by noon. At 4 p.m. we had not received the package. We stayed home all day, with our door open, waiting for delivery. I called our prescription service & they tracked the package. It had been delivered & signed for, but not to us. It was delivered to the office. They wondered why we had not picked it up as the delivery person said he had put a notice on our door. We did not get a notice! This medication has to be refrigerated. If I had not tracked it down, it would have been Monday before we found the package & medicine would have been spoiled. Medications, clearly marked as such, should be delivered directly to client, not someone in an office. We have lost other prescriptions this way which causes us much anxiety until we get it straightened out.

5/8/2012 On April 22nd I was send a package from the US to Israel by UPS On April 29th I contacted by the UPS office in Israel which request additional fees of more than $250 payments required most of due to UPS extra processing fees (most of the sum) for taking through customs’ and regulation as well as a smaller fee for tax and customs’ Since I needed the package urgently for business I agreed immediately to pay the fees so that UPS can expedite processing On May 8th I phoned to asked about package delivery I was told I “oops” I will be send documents to sign – When I asked why they did not process the delivery the UPS service agent claimed an email was sent to me few days before and they also tried to phone me – After I confronted an other UPS rep and told them there is no mail in my inbox and no phone call on in my incoming calls and email lists – They claimed they sent a mail to wrong address but did not have a proof they even tried to call me on the phone. Moreover I was told I will have to pay fees for each days package is stored since it arrived in Israel Today 20 days after package was sent I did not receive it yet ......UPS - fast efficient ??? Bad

5/7/2012 Do not rely on UPS My Choice. Email said approximately 2:15 - 6:15pm. Actual delivery was attempted at 9:30am; in no way approximate. Not sure why they offer this inaccurate service.

4/30/2012 I am so pissed off at UPS. What lousy customer service. I rearranged by entire day to be able to sign for a package and as of this morning was told it had been mis-routed and would not be here for tomorrow. After I filed a complaint- interestingly enough- now the package won't be delivered until Wednesday. For god's sake, they are only 30 miles away. I could walk to there and back in 48 hours. They won't let me pick it up at the customer service center until it delivery has been tried once. Their customer service sucks. All they can say is "I'm sorry and I understand your frustration." I don't want them to apologize. I want them to make it right. I want them to work with me on this but no go. I'm sure this page is just bogus and it won't make any changes but I will not use UPS again if I have a choice. Interesting, the majority of my Amazon package now DON'T come UPS. It looks like they pissed them off too.

4/27/2012 Come on UPS-where is the customer service. I have a very nice UPS driver but will no longer leave packages due to thefts in my area. Understood. I spent an hour tonight driving to the customer service center to pick up 2 packages. I am expecting 2 more packages to be delivered tomorrow. Attempting to figure out what time of day they may arrive. Their best and only estimate is by the end of the day. Asked if my packages could be delivered to the local UPS store. Because it is a privately owned store, would cost me 5.00/package. My only option in receiving my packages is to be home from morning till night. UPS-this doesn't fit in my schedule. I will be seeking alternate delivery company in the future.

4/25/2012 BOYCOTT UPS! I have demanded that all items in receiving not to be sent by UPS. I requested any items that need a "signature" to be held @ their Main Distribution area just 5 miles from work. What do they do? Ship it to a remote distribution area halfway across the State. How many out there does not work & gets to stay home waiting for something to sign? Then you call Customer Service, just maybe you will get someone that speaks paritial English. I asked for a customer Rep located in the USA & they refused. My neighbors are fed-up with UPS as well as I.

4/25/2012 I cannot believe how difficult it is to register for UPS my choice! I have tried every possible combination for the past 2 hours and have been given the red words of what the password or id must contain too many times to count. I guess my only option is to just trust that UPS will someday deliver my package and I will be at home!
