8/30/2010 Like Marie (above), I can't get rid of the error message: "Lens error, restart camera". I followed the instructions by restarting the camera, and I still got the same error message. How can If fix this? Incidentally, I am talking about a PowerShot SD790 IS DIGITAL ELPH. Chris

8/30/2010 My Canon MP730 does not print. Pages come out but it does not print. I have a new MacBook Laptop and I do not have the Canon Installation CD Rom anymore. I am on your Canon Website to install it and it does not work. Here is my info: Serial NOVZH22609, IC 4980-H12269. I appreciate your assistance.

8/24/2010 I can't get rid of the error message: "Lens error, rstart camera". I followed the instructions by restarting the camera, I still got the same error message. How can If fix this?

8/24/2010 My POWER SHOT A570IS starts giving low battery signals after 3 or 4 shots, then it signals "change battery". I've got a battery tester and all the batteries test good. What is the problem? Mark

8/13/2010 Does my canon MP480 multi-function printer scanner copier have an internal hard drive. If so how can I purge it before I sell it. I am worried that data may remain on the copier.

8/11/2010 I have a big problem with my printer. I got new paper and the printer keeps saying that it is the incorrect paper type and it is canon! I am very disapointed in how you guys run your tec support you need a line for 24/7 support.

8/10/2010 Myself as well as several friends are experiencing trouble with the Cannon All-in-One Pixma printer. All have the same error code 6A00 with flashing ALARM and COPY lights. No light in the ink trays. All copiers just stopped working. We have all tried reinstalling Pixma programs, no effect. No Error Code 6A00 in troubleshoot guide. Nothing.

8/8/2010 The lens won't open on my Power Shot SX100 IS digital camera. Message in screen says " Lens Error, restart camera". When I press button to close/open there is sound like the lens is trying to open but doesn't. How can I fix this?
