8/31/2010 I send an e-mail earlier this morning, sevral hours ago. I purchased 100 facebook credits, tried to use 30 on farmville and was informed I must se 55, which I did, remaining balance dropped to 10 facebook credits. I actually purchased an item (paint) took my cash credits, but did not give me the item. I would appreciate an answer with a resolution to my problem within 72 hours or I will be contacting paypal for a refund on this my last purchase from facebook.

8/29/2010 Help cannot get onto my page just comes up with headings.screen is blank.I wish I could ring someone.Screen comes up with blue border as normal with Facebook heading and nothing else.never happened before used it foe years,

8/29/2010 this happen to me too! i reset my password like 10 ten times! and it keeps logging me out, and it keeps asking me to confirm my identity, but i dont have a mobile phone just a house phone :(

8/29/2010 Hello, I can't log on to my fb page every since last night! what is going on with FB i've been using the same email adress/password since i've been on fb, I've even tried to reset my password it's still not working, & it's also taking me to a brand new page which i don't want, I want my old fb page back! This is annoying can someone please help me..I see i'm not the only 1 that can't log on their fb page!!!!

8/29/2010 i was doing great on facebook and loving it until all of a sudden today it signed me off in the middle of writing a message and upon trying to sign back in it sent me to a page telling me i need to confirm myself with a cell phone...i dont have a cell phone...so does that mean i cant have a fb page anymore!!!! i am pretty angry

8/28/2010 Hi my name is Brandie Perine and I have made up 2 different accounts. I made this last one up and was doing good till the computer started asking me to verify my account with my phone. I never received a code. I need one in order to get back on my facebook page. Thank you.

8/27/2010 i cannot friend request, i only friend requested people i knew, or where from my mutual list, i have read on facebook that they give you warnings before they put a block on sending friend requests. But i never even got a single one, the block on sending friend requests i have read was to be only a couple of days, its been like 3 weeks, and i cant even report a problem on your page, because the option doesnt even show itself, not even on the pop up that i get that asks me "do you know this person" after i have friend requested. This is really frustrating and unfair, please unblock me.
