3/4/2010 Hello Intuit Folks, I ordered your Premier CD and I think you sent me the Deluxe CD because that's what I used last year and had to upgrade it. Anyway, you then also sent me the Premier CD and I think you billed me for both. If TurboTax can handle my situation this year, I will go ahead and use the Premier CD and send the other one back for a refund. I will have an extra Form or Forms this year because my little Wife of 58 years passed away at 01:15AM on 24 November, 2009. Please let me know if you can handle all that's associated with a death in the family and I will get on with it. My Lawyer suggests that I have a CPA do them this year for that reason but will go ahead and do them with TurboTax first.

3/3/2010 I recently purchased Quicken Essentials for Mac. I was under the impression that it was an update for Quicken 2007. What a surprise! I wanted a smooth program that would allow me to write checks as I have been on Quicken 2007. I can't find anything in your "help" pull down that even mentions checks. Have I purchased the wrong program? If this program cannot write checks and keep track of my check numbers I would gladly return your software CD in exchange for a full refund. I don't use electronic banking and therefore your program is of no use to me. Do you have an update for Quicken 2007 that has the capability of writing checks and keeping track of my checks.

3/2/2010 Intuit operates like it is the king of software. They hire the meanest people they can find and publish mostly finished software. These guys are a bunch of dicks who do not deserve anyone's patronage. I hope they all get herpes!

2/23/2010 on January 30 I purchased Quicken 2010 delux win using dial up to download. After about 18 hours the computer stop downloading at 70% and I was not able to restart the program. I have made many attempt to contact customer service to speak to a live person, as of this writing I have not been unable to do so. Checked with my bank and I have been charged for the download with no way of canceling the order. Seaven

2/17/2010 After being a loyal customer for so many years and using TurboTax, I can clearly say that I will be using the Kiplinger Tax Cut program from now on. Your product this year ______. Your customer service this year ______. Your response to addressing issues XXXXX. People want to get their XXXX taxes done, not wait around for you to fix a sh!tty program that you prematurely released. You won't even claim that Intuit screwed up. All the bullsh!t solutions you have on your website DON'T XXXXX WORK! XXXXX You and TurboTax!

2/15/2010 when i tried to do reports for my taxes this year, you had changed the process from last year and no matter what i tried, i could not get anyone to contact me. i have finally thru friends figured out how to get a transaction report this year, but i am angry that you keep changing things with no directions as to how to get the information or how to contact your support team. i have quicken 09 and unless i hear from someone personally, i do not intend to purchase your new version. you make it virtually impossible to make contact.

2/3/2010 WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!? From the above complaints to you people you would think your company would do SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE - OTHER THAN PISS OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT DOWNLOAD QUICKEN 2010, WHICH I PURCHASED VIA YOUR SITE IN MID OCTOBER 2009. THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED WAS IT COULD BE DOWNLOADED O/A 2/2010. 1/21/2010 I have been unable to get satisfaction rergarding charges to my master card for inadequate answers to my informaion requests about Quicken 2009 which was installed when I purchased a new Toshiba laptop. I spoke to Danielle Rogers on 12/07/09 - from your support group. She was very nice but could not help me and said a more qualified expert would call. The only result was no call but a $113.43 on my master card. She said her reference number was 091207-001331. Can you help me by solving my problem and negating the charge. Thank you!

1/19/2010 I recently had the scary experience of logging on to Quicken 2002 and finding all the records were completely gone, and the screen that came up was a different one than usual. I called your technical support number, and the young woman tried very hard to get the information back, but she could not. As a result, I was informed by recording that my bill would be over $200. I did order the new Quicken 2010 Deluxe and it was downloaded unto my computer. I really feel that I should have an adjustment in the billing. Once the young woman started to try to get the data back, there just was no way to stop it. Please call me at 503-355-8253 or My name is Claire Cobb at clairecobb @oregoncoast.com. I much prefer to speak to someone as I really need help with this. I am a widow and can't afford to pay $200 for the help I was unable to get as well as the $49.99 for the new program. 1/13/2010 1/13/10 I think I received a generic solicitation for Quicken 2010, and have not received order # QST3291738296. This order should include a disk for Quicken 2010 and one for the Willmaker. Advise. The generic one in the mail asks for money. I have already paid for the above order on American Express. Gayle

1/9/2010 I just purchased Quicken 2010 since my new computor wouldn't take my old Quicken program. It went in fine, connected with my bank kay. However, it will not go back any further than October 1, 2009. I think the IRS would like the whole year. Is there an ice cubes chance in hell that I'll get a call back from you and a llittle help?
