9/2/2010 One day I bought a phone from the metro pcs store and it looked pretty neat when I bought the phone so a couple weeks later the web started freezing up..I knew it was a problem and took it to the metro pcs store and the maneger told me that she never really had a problem with the type of phone I had and turns out all the phones like it was defective..I ended up buying a replacement phone which was like 10 bucks on top of what I already spunt on the other phone..NO SURPRISE it acted up and I had to purchase a whole nother phone which came up to like 96 dollers...they ripped me off so badly and I wish i could get my money beck..Metro is a piece of shit !!

8/31/2010 Nothing but problems with my service. It is a joke for real and u can't even talk to a real person without going through drama. This is the worse experience with a phone company ever.

8/31/2010 bought a phone from pcs store, soon found it had no service in my town, returned it in less than 24 hours, was told they would refund my money by mail in 6-8 weeks, i paid cash for the phone and it was not cheap. 8 weeks later no refund, called the # provided for refunds ITS A NON WORKING #, called the store for an answer, had no answer could not help me. Gave it one more week, called again could not help me, gave me customer service #, what a surprise they said they could not help. now mad went back to the store dealt with a very rude counter person, would not give us the managers # or name. so now we are stuck no way to track down our money. tried to place a complaint with bbb they couldnt even file because of the way these stores are set up, i have to do it by mail.I dont know what the next step is going to be when you cant track down anyone in charge. warning to any one thinking about getting a phone thru metro.

8/26/2010 these people!! the 888 number, what a joke! try getting ahold of a real person, it'll never happen. i had to drive to dallas (the location of the nearest 'corporate store') from austin to get a new phone cause the old one simply stopped working. they were unable to transfer ANY of the information and i lost everything. the new phone that i got NINE days ago has now stopped being able to charge, i thought it was the charger, but i took the phone into another store to see if it would charge with a good charger, but it's not the charger, it's the phone. and now apparently this phone doesn't fall under warranty because it's not the original phone. I have the 'insurance' that they provide and the number i've called for 'asurion' gives ya the same runaround that their 888 number does. when will this madness stop? what do we gotta do? class action lawsuit anyone? i don't know about you, but i feel the need to be compensated. this is ridiculous.

8/24/2010 I purchased a phone from Pacific Stereo & Metro PCS 1017 Alamo Dr. Vacaville, Ca on 8-20-2010. The sales person rude toward the end of the transaction, but I got the service anyway, which was to consist of him flashing my phone. Later that evening when I went to show the mirror on the phone to my husband I noticed the frame above the mirror was cracked. My daughter took it back to the store the following day and the sales person Sultan told her we were the one's that the crack in the phone and wouldn't take it back. She went to another store and was told for $10.00 they could replace the phone with a refurbished one. I refused because I didn't crack the phone. I did file a complaint with the 800 number and have not heard from them. My husband took it back and was told the same thing. I think he switched phones when I left the store to go home and get my phone bill. I just want everyone to know not to shop at this store. Very unhappy with my service in California.

8/23/2010 The 800 number is a joke, it would be so much easier for a cumstomer to talk to a customer service rep. It took me for ever to figure out all that is necessary to get another phone and I'm still not done. Please Help!

8/22/2010 Dropped off my payment in the drop box as usual. Employee called and sid the needed my drivers license number to process the payment. They never needed that before and all my other payments went through. He did not leave a return number to call, so I called the store and it went to voice mail. I left the information to call me back. They never did and cut the service off. It is 12 miles to the PCS store and the employee got mad at me because she stated they are too busy to answer the phones and to to return calls from the voice mail. The Manager who is in the back room every time I go there would not come out to talk to me, "he did not want to be disturbed." Metro PCS needs to clean house -evryone there and start over with people who WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A JOB and give customer service as I am sure this the Managers way of operating this store.
