7/7/2010 Someone recently stole my bank card # after placing a phone order giving my bank card # to pay for the order. The person who stole my card # charged some netflix movies before they tried to order a computer amoung a few other things online. Is there any way that I could find out who ordered these movies?

7/1/2010 I returned my last DVD last Wednesday and then went out of town until this past Monday expecting to see my next DVD upon my return. But this is Thursday and I still don/t have another DVD. Please advise.

5/24/2010 I need a phone number for netflix so that i can cance my membership its really a hassle to try and find a phone number and also i cant even acess the site from my computersfor some reason plus i dont have time to drop them off soon enough. movies are in okay condition i never had a problem with any disc.

3/23/2010 Does anyone else have the problem I have? About one out of every three dvds from Netflix that I watch get stuck and just stop playing. I have tried netflix's suggestion that I take the disc out and clean it with windex and this helps once in a while but not most of the time. It's no fun having to send back so many movies after only seeing a portion of them. Any suggestions? (I have an old fashioned vhs/dvd player.)

10/17/2009 My account with Netflix has been cancelled -- we have been out of the U.S.A. since May -- After a lengthy conversation with a supervisor, I was awarded credit for three recently billed monthly payments. All to the good. However, on my current online Visa Statement, there is a new charge (the same as the old ones) in the amount of $18.01 I have telephoned the Visa company and requested that the charge be put into dispute status. Can you please tell me when this charge will be removed from my bill. Thank you, Joseph Fitzpatrick

10/5/2009 Netflix is a good organization, with good service and great customer service - WHEN you can get to them. Please modify your site so that it is easier for someone to reach a LIVE person. Give your customers this option (provide your phone # on your home page or on the Contact Us page) up front. It took me 10 minutes of searching, then I had to use a google browser to search and find the real number - how annoying and frustrating. You have the service available - advertise it - don't hide it! Sometimes there is a real need for a human being and a 'live' experience as a business solution. I closed my account but would come back without hesitation if I wanted this type of service again - it is Fast, Friendly and Affordable. Thanks, Sheri

10/2/2009 I have just returned The Counterfeiters. It is without a doubt the worst example of subtitles I've ever seen. Sparse phrases, possibly three words printed after the screen character has been speaking in a rage for two or more minutes. Long spans of action or telling glances with no titles. I did watch the entire movie, hoping for enlightenment. The acting was superb -but what was it about? Without the blurb on the envelope, I would not have had a clue. In future it sure would be helpful to know first -"Scant Subtitles- you're on your own". My first complaint in 18 months of great movies with NetFlix. Thanks!
