5/21/2012 had a car in 2001 that was repossessed and I filed chapter 7 and still trying to collect I told collection agency they were violation of the federal bankruptcy code

5/17/2012 Well I know what to do about these people handeling repos.I had one in 2001 in 2009 I had heart bypass times 4 and Im on disability.I got a call from an law office yesterday threatning me.Well I just found out a little while ago that after I send them the letter that Legal Aid is sending me,If they contact me again I can sue them.I did not choose to be Disabled and By the Grace of God through Him this will all work out.So please I ask all of you that are having this problem with House Hold Auto Finance to not let them bully you,contact your local Legal Aid Office.TY AND MAY GOD BLESS ALL Charles M Smith Chattanooga TN.

5/1/2012 I would like to recognize Michael who works in the lien/title office. I have been trying since Mar 30 to get a lien release letter or a title. I was lied to by the first lady who helped me and said I would receive it within 14 business days. My phonecalls were never returned from the Michael was an angel and because of him my opion of HSBC has not changed back to a good bank to do business with. Please pass along that his customer service was outstanding. Thank you

4/18/2012 Maaan I'am having the issue, I need to get lean removed of my 1999 Lexus which was payed off 6 Years ago... Can't sell or trade in ... I have tried all numbers available and no luck....

4/16/2012 Looks like lot of others are having the same problem as me only my problem is 12 years old i payed my Mustang off and never got a lein release instead now they say i owe then 660 more dollars thru a collection company so somebody please give me a number to call and get what i need this is total BS we need to call the Attorney General if we dont get answers soon.....

4/16/2012 Lien release = (800)962-9705 but you have to leave a message, takes them many days to call back.

4/14/2012 I can't get any info.... Trying to sell my car, they say they have no records...... However, they were my lien holder, and still on my title. The DMV in TX can't do anything.
