6/23/2011 Good morning, I am unhappy because I received a birthday coupon that I am unable to open and print. When I had originally opened it and did not print it, when I went back to print it was disallowed. When I followed the directions it said it would be re-set in 24 hours. I have done that twice to no avail. I am meeting a friend for lunch today, and am very disappointed that I have not had any help with this. I spoke with someone in customer service yesterday and she said she would email company that handles this and have them reset the coupon. Again, it has not been reset. I would appreciate help with this situation. Birthday was 6/15. THANKS!
