NMAC needs to fire the people in INDIA and hire americans to help americans. ON October 15th 2010 I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima. My only dis-satisfaction with the total Nissan experience is with the dealer I went though Dick Smith Nissan in Columbia SC. I feel that the to buy salesman took advantage of me by not being honest about the discounts and the price I could have paid for the car since it was the end of the year. I was eager to buy and did agree on the price but I wanted to pay for the car in full and was talked into finacing though NMAC and was told I would get a 500.00 discount and just pay 3 months and then pay it off and it would go on my credit report. I of course did not want to pay NMAC any intrest for the 3 months. I was told I was being charged 3% and would only be charged a few dollars for the interest. Dick Smith Nissan turned me in for 10% interest. We agreed that the tax,title And tags would be included in the price but Dick Smith Nissan sliped it in on the back end of the contract without me catching it. Now after I have paid the car off I can not get NMAC to send me my title. I call and all I get is people over seas on the phone.
