1/17/2011 I agree 100%! I also filled out a survey on Trish and what a wonderful personality she has. She was an absolute breath of fresh air in the customer service industry and she should be acknowledged for it! Way to go Trish!

1/4/2011 I really wanted to send this to the CEO of JC Penney. All to often we only hear the negative, people are always quick to be critical, and almost never ready to give a kudos when one is due. The CEO's e-mail address was not available and I really didn't want to go without giving Trish the credit for her terrific service. I visited the Pleasant Prairie store in Kenosha Wisconsin on 12/18/2010. The associate, Trish number 0103 could certainly give lessons on superior customer service. I promised her I would go home and get online with the survery, but like everyone else, it was the holidays and I got side tracked. By the time I was able to sit down at my computer, the online survery was a week past the date and it would no longer let me express my gratitude for such a wonderful shopping experience. She certainly will keep me coming back to Penney's I only hope all stores are staffed with the talent you found in this sales associate. I hope this goes to the CEO, but if not, at least the manager of the Kenosha store. He needs to know what a gem he has.
