4/11/2011 i waiting now since 3 month for the answer why my account was suspended. i had a feedback of 100%, then i have reported that one buyer didn't pay for the item ebay has suspeneded my account instead of the cheating buyers account. Ebay in my opinion is a mafia. (ex)user: fai93

3/28/2011 3 calls for tech support. 1st person disconnected me for obvious reason; She couldn't answer a basic question. 2nd person told me wrong information, I almost lost my auction with selling price currently at $1,200.00 3rd person ( I requested 2nd person to connect me to USA, said no problem hang on). She told me finally that she was in the Phillipines, not pertinent as she spoke good English but she too didn't know how I could add valuable new info for my auction. She was ready to give up but I insisted that we are allowed to add new information and updates. She finally found the site and I spent an hour on the phone totally frustrated. I will send a hand written letter to ebay in California, hope it doesn't atomatically go to a conveyer belt to the landfill.

3/1/2011 eBay is useless, they have ELIMINATED customer service, now they have a "virtual help" system, in other words you talk to a computer...IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a REAL person.

1/19/2011 Well I was going to call this number for help, customer service, but after reading all these unhappy comments I believe it would be a waste of time. This was my first time on EBay attempting to purchase something, not knowing their system and not getting any help that made sense. I now have 2 invoices, one from EBay and the other from the seller, indicating different amounts and item number. The item arrived today from seller with invoice which is about $35 plus higher than EBay. You can imagine my frustration. This is not worth the hassle.

12/14/2010 Ok this is the truth after searching hours about Ebay customer service. They outsource evrything in the Philippines and they are trained to answer exactly the same way a computer would answer a question. Ebay has become fully automated. A computer decides if you get suspended or reactivated. If you make a claim, it will be directed to a computer that actually tells you what to do. As a seller, I have been a power seller for 8 years now, feedback is close to 10000 positive feedbacks with a success rate of 99.6%, but the computer taht calculates the seller dashboard made a mistake and calculated my rating wrong! So the result was that I am limited and I can sell anything this month since I need to improve my selling habits. My shipping time complaints is at 2.35% of all transactions, when you can't go over 2%. I have no problem with this, but the funny thing about it is that 6 months ago the rating couldn't be more thasn 4% and now they reduced it to 2%. So why this f****** computer calculates it my rating in the last year, when 6 months ago 4% was great!!! When you call customer service in the Philippines, they have no clue to what you are talking about, and they make you wait hours since they need to go to some sort of Help desk for them so they can understand this whole seller dashboard. I am so frustrated and I HOPE SOMEONE WILL COME UP WITH A NEW EBAY OR MARKETPLACE so I can dump EBAY like a piece of s***

12/3/2010 I think its time to take down the big dog in town , down with Ebay the cyber retailer with no help for unprotected buyers. no phone help. take your money and offer no help. if anyone has anyway to take this giant own I'm behind you. Talk the issues. I'm sure listening.

11/8/2010 what a load of crap the live chat is!!!! i sent a question to them and they replied within 2seconds. there isnt even anyone on the other side, its just automated service again. waste of time. all i want is to speak with someone who can resolve my problem
