5/15/2012 Dear Express Scripts,My husband and I have been Express scripts customers for a Very long time.I have repeatly thanked and praised the people whom I have had the pleasure of speaking when Icall to reorder my medications or any issuses of any kind. Your customer service people are the sweetest,most friendliest, and helpful individuals I have ever dealt with It surprises me to read the negative comments from people,who obviouly have a bad experience or just for some reason wre not satisfied.I can honestly say I have NEVER been treated bad or talked to anyone who was anythig but courteous friendly and very very helpful.I will remain to use this company,and I highly recommend you to everyone I know. 5/8/2012 i mailed 3 prescriptions on 4/23/2012. 2 were filled. the third one was missing a date. the sent a fax to my dr. for the date on 5/1/2012. she faxed the info requested that day. express scripts did not receive it. an other request for info was faxed to my dr. on 5/3/2012 and returned that day. today 5/7 express scripts says they haven't received it. i cancelled the order and i will go to my local pharmacy--less aggravation.

5/4/2012 I have been using Express Scripts for over 10 years and always had satisfactory service. The customer service has been helpful and prompt most of the time . In every company you will find an emplpoyee which has a bad day and does not act professionaly.Always ask with whom you are speaking and ask for an ID number if they have one, this way you have a better chance being treated courteously and have a recourse to report this person to a supervisor. I recommend this company to all who are eligible to use it. You are blessed if you can.

4/30/2012 This is the worst company ever; the customer service is a joke. Do you people realize that you are playing with people lives. I have been trying to get my sons meds for a month with no luck at all he can no longer go to his local pharmacy because they no longer associate with walgreen. I am afraid they are really going to kill somebody one day..

4/18/2012 Express scripts customer service has been fast and courteous to me with all my prescription needs, even clearing mailing changed for certain medicines because i live away from home but my parents and general DR live in another state. Great service!

4/13/2012 4/13/12 Same story here. It is like pulling teeth getting this horrible company to file a damn prescription. Every month I start a month ahead trying to get my meds before the pills run out, and every month I am without them for a couple of weeks before these idiots decide to fill and ship them. This "auto refill" is a joke-TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

4/11/2012 I am working from a computer from the Julia Davis Library and unable to apply for a position at Express Scripts.com The Liberian asked me to ask is there anyway possible you can repair the problem.

4/2/2012 Antagonizing, disrespectful, unprofessional customer service! I got a call from them for payment and I dared to ask which medication I was paying for - to which this woman started raising her voice at me. I asked to speak with somebody else but s he refused to put me through and then she told me that she will cancel my order. I told her she should not do that and that I will call back later. I called back an hour later and I was told that my order has been canceled! I told the cust rep that the previous customer rep canceled my order OUT OF SPITE!!! Horrible service! All these customer reps should get retrained and the bad apples should get fired. One more bad experience with them and I will be going back to my local pharmacy.

3/27/2012 To whom it concern: As a part of our annual audit (Migrant health center, Inc) need to reconcile the following checks with the NPI #. 3/21/2012 I was with EXPS for 10 years. My provider decided to change, not I. I never had anything but prompt pleasant service the entire time. In fact I just called for tax info. Got what I needed in 1 short phone call, and I am not even a client now. gene

3/20/2012 PLEASE,GO TO WAL-MART- AND GET THE RX PAPER .TAKE IT TO YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE GET HIM TO WRITE YOUR MEDS!!!,BECAUSE THE ASS-HOLES,FROM THIS COMPANY ALMOST KILLED ME!!!!!!!!!!!WAL-MARTS PRICE 4-10 DOLLARS FOR 3 MONTHS....... PISSED OFF IN YORK,PA
