5/8/2012 I will never use Vista Print again. My payment had still not been processed after 4 days (and paying express postage) so I had to cancel my order and go elsewhere for invitations at last minute. I have still not received my refund after I was promised it would go straight back into my account. Still chasing.

4/24/2012 I received my order, but I was a little bit disappointed. When you go online to create your business cards, it looks nice and big. But, when I received the cards I could hardly see the phone number. Font very small but it looked okay when I was creating it.

3/9/2012 I was looking for a company to do a large printing job for me. Vista Printing was refered to me by a colleague. I wanted to see what quality and delivery time they have so I decided to order some address labels for my own personal use. At first I was amazed the delivery was 6 days and when I opened the envelope, the color wasn't even close I ordered a pastel color and got a DARK Brown background and the print was so small you needed a magnifier to see it. I called and they were very polite, I do understand that people make mistakes so they re-did a second order only to find out that "Oops they did it again" same dark brown color and "nothing changed" there comment was well we can give you your money back. Well I will gladly take it and get to another company that "appreciates me as a customer" And lastly i tried to call and speak to a manager and was "hung up on twice" WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU

3/9/2012 Be aware of how they ship your items if you order from them. They ship things under the guise of UPS and in the middle of the transfer they give it to the USPS which I strongly believe are the weakest delivery agency in the planet. You've been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!

2/27/2012 I have a very bad experience with them too. Been calling them and the call never go through, email them but the response is please recreate a new album. They deleted my photo from my album.....

2/25/2012 Hi, my account # is I received more than I wanted in my first subscription; therefore, my order is still messed up. I can't seem to navigate the various modalities. I would like to explain what I want-on the business cards to a real human; however, this 'comment' page might work. On one side I want the Patriot Flag symbol with one (not two mentions of my name) and the selling points of 100% Safe to pets, children, furniture and clothing, while 100% lethal to all insects (bed bugs, roaches, etc.,On the other side of the card I want a cartoon picture of bed bugs standing around talking "What I like about New York?" "The people!"

2/23/2012 I would like Vista Print customer Service phone number... When I want to order 1 set of business cards....... the page show 2-3 diff... orders..... and I can't delete what I don't want... I need help ......... need customer service phone number........

2/21/2012 I am very concerned. I attempted to choose VistaPrint as the supplier I could get credit from for MyLife.com. When I lost the server, I attempted to contact VistaPrint's customer service line. After calling the second number, I was able to speak with a customer service rep who wanted to get all my information to continue the order for business cards. When asked if MyLife, the company should receive credit for my referral, the rep agreed they would not get the credit. Now my question was, "If you are not going to be honest with MyLife, why am I to feel you will be honest with me?" I am not about to give my information to a company that has no loyalty to the referring company.
