I tried to call priceline for simple information that I cannot get online. I can't get through to any of the numbers given online I've tried many priceline does seem very unworthy...I believe everyone's comments here thanks.

I booked 3 tickets submitted all payments and personal information and the requests did not went through, all of sudden I cannot get that price. I am worried what happened to all my personally info. I tried to called the 1800-774-2354 and cannot reached an operator. Help.

Priceline is the absolute worst with customer service. They are the bottom of the barrel of travel. They should be fined for their practices. We all need to warn our friends and family what a horrible, shady company they are. The worst part of this is they don't care about customer opinion.

Priceline is the WORST when it comes to customer service. You can never get a live person, they illegally charge your credit card without authorization, and their website is unusable. Use a different site!!

I had to book a hotel quickly, so I tried Priceline's name your own price bit. Big mistake. They gave me a hotel request number and told me that an email would be sent which would tell me if my request was accepted. The hotel request number they gave me does not work. It is not in their system. If I call them, they want my request number but because the number does not work, I can find no information nor talk to anyone. Now I wonder if I should book another room or wait to see if my name your own price is accepted. If I book another room and my first request is fulfilled, then I will end up paying for two rooms. Since, I am leaving tomorrow I am kind of screwed.

Priceline is horrible. You cannot get to a live person at all and they will get your money quickly yest you have such a hard time getting to them if something is wrong. DON't USE THEM. Buy directly from the airlines...TRUST ME!

Priceline sucks. I booked a room in Austin Texas online and after I put in my credit card information and hit book-now nothing happened but I found out that my account was charged. Ive tried calling their so called "Live Person" line and have yet to be able to speak with anyone because it never gave me a itinerary number and it didnt record the phone number that i put in the booking information. So now i have no room but got charged and cant even speak to someone. Sounds like a scam to me. Stay away from this site..

Price line has the worst customer service ever, never use this site. They took out 2,000 in charges from my account because I bid on several hotels, never got a hotel, and then my account was overdrawn so I couldn't get a hotel or take any money out of the account for my weekend away!! Even worse, there was absolutely no way to talk to a real person about the problem. A nightmare. Stay away.

PRICELINE: ALL HOTELS SHOULD LIST THEIR "RESORT FEE" ON PRICE LISTING AND AFTER BID ACCEPTANCE - SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. I think this is an obvious move, and I feel it is deceptive not to list the resort fees "&" estimated taxes. Jeff Thornton
