5/23/2012 Thanks Ticketmaster for locking me out! Now I missed the venue presale!! What's wrong with trying to get additional seats for other family members that are close to the ones I already have?? Tell me how the scalpers manage to get all the front row seats without getting locked out and try to sell them to us real fans!

5/18/2012 I am attending the rock on the range columbus oh only on sat the 19 iof may I need to know if I need the parking pass that covers fri I sun or if I can just show up sat n pay at the gate. Thank you

5/10/2012 Thanks for the comments.... I'm sorry Jill Scott but i'm not giving my money to a company that has this kind of bad reports; would you? You cant get refunds, customer service is horrible being locked out. If I'm going to get tickets to see you in concert in D.C then it has to be another way. I can't afford the "lube".- SugarpMcMillian

4/20/2012 The ticket master site has also gave me the 403 Forbidden. This is something they do if you access the site to-many times... So if your trying to get tickets and you continue to check for better seats it will lock you out for a period of time. They say 24hrs but I've been locked out for 2 days now. This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I called customer service and they say there is nothing they do you just have to wait til the lock comes off. WHICH I THINK IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS SITE HAS DONE THIS TO ME TRYING TO GET TICKETS TO A CONCERT. OF COURSE YOUR GONNA KEEP CHECKING TIL YOU GET SEATS IN THE BEST AREA, WHAT THE HELL IS IT HURTING TO KEEP CHECKING??? THEN YOU LOCK SOMEONE OUT THAT'S GONNA PAY MONEY FOR TICKETS???? GEE THAT MAKES SENSE...

4/19/2012 Dear ticketmaster: For some reason I can no longer access your website from my home computer. I get a 403 Forbidden message. Although I receive your email blasts and blasts from Live Nation, I can't purchase tickets from my home computer. Can you tell me what is going on?
