5/22/2012 For the past six months, I have tried to pay my blll on line. When i type in the info, it comes back that the info does not match their records. I called the phone number today and the phone was ans by someone with a heavy Indian accent. I asked her to speak up because I did not understand her very well. I asked her to transfer me to someone in the US. I tried to explain to the person whom ans in the USA, my problem. She asked me what broser was I using.I explained that I was not computer literate but if she could walk me through it. She stated in a "rude manner" she was not there to teach me computer basics. I hung up, yes they are very rude. I will pay in full & close my acct.

5/22/2012 NEVER NEVER NEVER use GE Capital. Customer service is non-existent. Try getting your lein on anything released....they will laugh at you. I was told point blank "Customers are not allowed to talk to the titling dept, I won't give you their phone #", by a supervisor.

5/11/2012 I tried to log on to my account the other day to pay my bill with no success. I called to call center was on hold approx. 15-20 mins. I finally connected with a person to whom could not speak good english and was very very RUDE!!!. I tried to explain to her the problem I was having with trying to log on but she didn't seem to understand. What the hell is wrong with your website and why can't I seem to get this resolved. PISSED OFF in KY?

5/11/2012 I tried to log into my account because I received a letter asking me to update my account. I log in and enter my acct # and DOB, etc and it says they don't match! WTF? I tried several times and could not log in. I call the number that's listed on the site and I can't get a hold of a real person. It asks if I want help with the security enhancement for the website to press a number. I do that and it just tells me to go to the website. Hell. I'm having problems with the website that's why I called customer service. GEMoney is the worst!!! Once I pay off the rest of my balance I'm cancelling my account. Stay away from them.

5/7/2012 After experiencing the same problem, I found myself at this site reading these comments and decided not to try and call them. Instead, I went to my email account that I had registered with them and found a pile of monthly statement email notice from them. In it included my last 4 digits for my account number.

5/6/2012 I was having problems with logging on as well. After three attempts I just went into can't remember password and username. after answering my security questions ,I was back on track. not to say I won't have problems on my next visit but this time it worked. Its crazy but just keep trying.

5/3/2012 These people are impossible to deal with. They sent my first bill to the wrong address and I had to call them to make my first payment. After making three payments on line, now the system no longer accepts my user ID. We do however get dunning phone calls requesting payment. And call the phone number provided is an exercise in frustration - we spent two hours one the phone with them, thought we had the issues resolved and now the payment won't go through. I suspect, that since this is supposed to be an interest free financing, they want us to either pay all kinds late fees or get frustrated enough to pay the whole balance just to close the account.

4/29/2012 Thank God it's not just mezzo. They had no problem will hounding me down to collect my payment, but now that I am trying to pay up, the are playing games. I do not like this company

4/26/2012 Wow!!! I am having the same exact problem. How is it possible that no one at the call center can tell me my act#? I think that they want to make every effort to knock you out of your same as cash abilities. This is the most frustrating company that I have ever encountered.

4/24/2012 I just want to pay my bill but the website won't let my log on anymore. I call the number and I'm asked for my acct. #. I have no idea since I went paperless a long time ago. Does anyone have a phone number for these people that a real person answers????
