4/7/2012 Called twice for support re: download, got India and twice did not understand the tech, first time he was very arrogant. Second one was mad when I asked for a person that spoke better English. Then proceeded to tell me that East Indians were far smarter than Americans. Solve a lot of unemployment problems in U.s. and hire good old Americans that can speak the language.

3/5/2012 I am VERY disappointed in Apple to say the least...I'm not going to make this long so in a nutshell, my iPhone quit working! Took apple 2 weeks to get a replacement to me, simply because someone could not get an address down right. In the process of just one of the many phone calls I placed to them, I asked the guy what address they had supposedly delivered to and he to;d me the address I gave them, never did tell me what that (address) was! After many more phone calls they finally determined they had messed up and the address she put in was just backwards to what mine is. So now I'm in week 4 waiting on Apple to release the over 500.00 they have hold on my checking account!

12/29/2011 Have you ever stop to THINK before you purchase something! Everyone on here needs to do that and those who like to blame others for there own ignorance. It amazes me that people who do not do there "homework" before they make a purchase. YES I SAID HOMEWORK!! just because you are out of school does not mean you STOP learning. It is not the sales person fault for not knowing exactly all of the functions of one of the 500 items they sell. It is ultimately your fault for not being informed. It is like saying, I did not THINK that he would tell me the wrong thing. Yes, that was the problem in the first place you did not THINK. It takes a quick search on your preferred search engine, and poof answers appear. Now you have to make an EDUCATED decision before you believe on what information is TRUE or FALSE. PLEASE PEOPLE I BEG YOU TO NOT BE IGNORANT AND LAZY. If you make a purchase think about it, research it and think about it again. My favorite college professor always said IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE!!! Live by that and you will have a more accountability and less stress. And the user Tamara, please do not blame others for your complete and utter ignorance!!

11/15/2011 Are you aware that T-Mobile cell phone customers are getting dozens of call offering them a free IPad/Pod??? I received three text messages last night...what's going on here? Is it something Apple has authorized. If so, I'd like my cell phone number taken out of the pot. Would you please respond with an explanation if there is one. Thanks.

10/19/2011 High Point Enterprise Charlotte Observer VERIZON: “ LADY YOU JUST DID NOT HEAR CORRECTLY” I find it amazing that in a time when people stand together to fight the economic disasters of daily life, that we still have big business trying to make a buck on the backs of their customers with little or no regard for basic honesty. It appears that the more time is spent in training sales staff on how to skim over hidden cost or to have misleading-vague answers than how to be helpful and upfront with customers. My recent experience with a sales person in a Verizon Store in High Point gave the image of the game show “Beat the Clock”. I had purchased an IPAD from Best Buy in Mooresville close to my home just before leaving for a trip out of state. I realized when I reached HP that I had not purchased the device I should have and planned to return it. I had a couple of hours before my flight and stopped in a Verizon store for a non related problem and while I was there, I asked the salesperson questions about the IPAD. He quickly looked up my Verizon account and explained to me that I could buy an IPAD from him now while they were running a special ( which ended before I would return from my trip) and return my original one when I returned and that way I would not be without the computer I really needed for the trip. He offered to add the charges to my Verizon account so I would not have any out of pocket charges immediately. He gave me the price of the new IPAD which was approx. $130.00 more and explained the benefits ( better wireless access) and that there would be no other charges or contracts. I thanked him and agreed to purchase. While he was ringing up the sale, he said oh yes, there is a $19.99 for access. I looked at him in disbelief, and told him he should explain ALL charges up front or he would appear to be like the old expression “ shady like a used car salesman”. He said sorry, he forgot. I signed the paperwork on the pad as he explained what I was signing each time. Amazingly, restocking fee never came up. I left went to a friends house where I proceeded to try and link the necessary information from each Ipad which was impossible. ( I had previously set up the original IPAD with ITUNES and had downloaded my Outlook information) I was beyond upset as I had wasted time I did not have. I called the store and asked for the salesperson and informed him that I would be returning the IPAD within minutes and that I could not believe he had misinformed me. When I arrived at the store, I waited until the salesperson and the Manager came out to speak with me. The manager asked if there was anything he could do to satisfy me with this IPAD and I said no I was beyond that and only wanted to return the IPAD and leave. I mistakenly thought I could explain why I was so upset with them by repeating the previous encounter. The manager replied that there was no way you could link the two IPADS and that I would have had to do this through ITUNES and my lap top and that the sales person also knew that and would never say it was possible. I told him again that I ask the sales person point blank several times since I was urgently out of time and he told me yes you could. The manager’s response was, again no way the sales person told me that. I responded that he was obviously calling me a liar since I only bought the IPAD because I was told a transfer was possible. He said he was not calling me a liar and I said then you have no customer service ability and I had nothing further to say. He next informed me that they would refund the charges but Apple had a firm policy to charge the restocking fee. I advised him that I was not paying the charges and his inability to credit the charges under the circumstances and less than 30 minutes of ownership justified my conclusion that he was in adept at customer service. I left the store. Why businesses find it acceptable to overlook explaining to customers ALL the hidden charges when it would separate them from their competitors by being honest is a mystery. Actually it is not a mystery…..money that is the answer. It is much easier to be sly and dishonest and when called on the untrue simply say, I am sorry lady you just did not hear me correctly. I think it is time for consumers to take more responsibility for their purchases and not be trusting and assume they are being treated fairly. At the end of the day, that young person you may be dealing with is just following instructions and trying to keep their job with the big business that does not care. If you go to that Verizon store then ….Buyer beware and take a recorder. F Oh yes, point of interest as good should be rewarded, I did return the IPAD to the Best Buy and no restocking fee and they were nice and helpful and I got what I needed……go figure. Unhappy with Verizon and APPLE CDMANN Statesville, NC

10/18/2011 I got an Ipod nano, won it out of a grab machine at six flags. It broke really easily. One day I slid the button to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. The button somehow broke, and I didn't do anything. I didn't mess with the button at all. Can you please fix this problem? Thank you. And it had complete power (fully charged) and I only had it for 2 weeks.
