5/18/2012 Your ad including Theater Candies at 79 cents each, limit 5 with the coupon, rang the candy up at 5 at 1.00 and then deducted 60 cents total. Please check your math. When the receipt was brought back to the store the next day, the customer service representative indicated that because the till kicked it out that way, there was nothing she could do about it. You may spend millions on commercials, but that attitude over a few cents on a perfectly obvious company error is very expensive for Kmart. Suggestion: How about an email to your Bonus member customers who purchased those items (thanks to the big brother computer world we live in, you know who they are), telling them there was an error and the correction is being put on their Points Balance. Now THAT would be customer service and would impress even the most cynical shopper. Sincerely,

5/12/2012 Hi, I live in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Our K-Mart is great. Everyone is very friendly and great with their customer service, except for an older lady in the customer service department, you just have to watch her otherwise your returns may not be correct. They even have greeters/cart people in the front of the store to ask information. As much as we shop there I really don't have any complaints. But Lake Havasu City is a friendly town anyways.

5/7/2012 i just spent over half an hour on the phone trying to find out if my local kmart had an item in stock. i spoke with at least 5 different associates and a manager. they were so rude, unhelpful and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. i will pay more money to order this product from somewhere else before i will ever support kmart again.

5/3/2012 Ive never been in a store before where so few associates care abou the customer. I will notbe giving you kmart anymore business. What you advertise in ads is one thing what you get is the opposite.

4/15/2012 My mom went to a kmart really close to my house. I live in south jersey. She said the workers were stupid & rude to her. I see a lot of complaints on here. Maybe, you should screen your workers better.

4/15/2012 My 11yr worked hard for his money to purchase a green machine. Walmart didn't have any in stock or online. We saw this item same price as Walmart $79.99 at kmart two days ago. Today my child went to kmart to purchase the green machine costing him $115.00, they wouldn't give him the sale price or a price match.We we there for quite some time. If my son didn't have his heart set on this toy, I wouldn't walked out. Seriously, no wonder why competitors are driving Kmart out of business. I know we won't be shopping at Kmart ever again. Step up your game Kmart!

4/13/2012 4/12 Kmart in Clemmons N.C. has a little caesar restaurant this cafe is very poorly run I have been a customer for many years I am writing this not for myself but for the people that work there .Every time I go to get my pizza there is only one maybe two workers running the hole restaurant they are way overworked and underpaid.When I have to wait 1 hour for my 5 dollar pizza I am not upset with the staff but the very poor management who look to cut corners and run the cafe as cheaply as possible so they can make a profit.THIS IS A SEARS HOLDINGS CORPORATION this Kmart is humiliating its employees and this corporation I am disgusted in the way they treat minimum wage workers something needs to be done with this store the gm is Maxwell leisure the people coach is Joanne holiday I think these two people are responsible for this sorry mistreatment of the employees.I worked for sears holding for six years and never was treated like this SEARS is supposed to be a respectable place to work THEY GIVE SEARS CORP A BAD NAME please make adjustments necessary so my family can eat on time..Manager is obsessed with keeping store overhead down and will do anything from working people off the clock or have no one at all working necessary departments my guess is he must get some kind of bonus to keep store overhead down.

3/21/2012 I purchased a television online and when I installed it I found that my speakers are damaged. I've spoken to 5 people and no one has helped me resolve this issue as of yet. this is day 2 of calling. All I want is a new television! Is this hard to do?!!! Keona-Orlando, FL

3/11/2012 Today, 03-11 2012, I went to KMART,78th and State Ave. Kansas City Kansas to shop for a few items. The store is a very large KMART. What I realized was that all the products sold there were the same items found in WalMart,CVS,Walgreens and the local supermarkets. I was thinking maybe just maybe if corporate America would bring back some variety of products, that their competitors were not selling then possibly they would turn around their sales. It appears that the buyers of these corporations go into their competitors stores and copy what they are doing and selling. I assume the old products I grew up with dont fit into the the "New Structure" of business today. Too bad because KMART didnt get my dollar today.When KMART lets the other retailers run them out of business, they will then figure out the old American model did work.

3/10/2012 i work at kmart in douglasville ga, everyone of my co workers and managers are disgusting and rude! i was fired last week for a mistake madd by my manager so i called corporate because she was rudd and unprofessional! the next day j had my job back, smh! everyones stories seem like things that have happened in my store, luckily im only 19 & will not work retail forever! all kmart apparently suck! lol

3/6/2012 I am and unsatisfied customer I purchased a PSP 3000 on 3/5/2012 and the system was used and I purchased it as a new System. And all I wanted them to do was replace my system with a new system.
