4/2/2012 I too was charged $14.95 a few days ago. I called (877)3000-2507 as listed on my bank account. They indicated the charges would be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one. They asked if I knew a Timothy W. I said no, and like a previous post I asked them to give me a last name ... they would not. I also asked them if they would investigate this person and was told they would not. They indicated I need to call (949)567-5758 Experian Customer Relations to initiate an investigation. Before I call I want to verify the number I was given but have not been very successful in this matter.

3/9/2012 I have been charged $19.95 twice now (in February, 2012 and March, 2012) by Experian for a credit report I did not order. In February, Earlier,I had gone to a site that promised credit scores, and this site (I do not recall which site it was) asked for my card number, stating that number would not be used unless other services were ordered. I received my credit score with no problem, and neither Trans Union or Equifaz debted my account. I e-mailed Experian asking for an explanation and a credit of $39.90 to my account, but Experian has failed to reply. I will now try these suggestions posted here, but I don't hold out for much hope.

3/7/2012 I have contacted Experian 3 times to have my freeze permantly removed. Each time, they assure me it is taken care of. This is bull! I cannot refinance because my loan officer at my bank cannot pull my credit report because Experian has not removed my freeze. They are liars at experian and completely unprofessional. I am a teacher; If I conducted business like experian, I would be fired.

3/6/2012 i was charged $14.95 3 months in a row. oct. nov. and dec. 2011 respectively. I called in and they told me Barbra L. used my card. I do not know anyone named Barbra. However, they offered to refund me. Here it is March 2012 and without any reimbursement. I again called today and they said the reimbursement will be within 7-10 days. Time will tell :/ I asked them to give me Barbara's last name so I could let my bank know. They would not. I also asked them if they report Barbra of if she will be investigated in anyways and they said no. Lesson learned: If you ever steal a credit card go ahead and run it up on experian as you need not worry about being investigated for fraud. What a joke! The number to call to get your money back is 714 830 7000. I hope this helps someone. I have never even visited the experian website so this is ridiculous. There have been no other false charges on my card before or since this period. I have not notified my bank yet, but will after I am reimbursed. Something definitely fishy here. ALSO: DO NOT TELL THEM YOU ARE RECORDING.

3/6/2012 These crooks charge my account for $19.95 two months, after my daughter applied for a job that required a credit report. I was charge a $1.00 then. Now all of a sudden $19.95 pops up on my acouunt for no reason. I'm going to send this to the Attorney General of the U.S.A..
