5/16/2012 my name is william harley i recently purchased a groupon to a 2 night stay at the cotton palace resort in waco texas. i put the groupon as redeemed and did not know that i was supposed to do that until it was used. i have not stayed in the resort yet but it will be on the 25 and 26 of may. i need my groupon reset so i can print out the groupon with the bar code so i can turn it in to the cotton palace upon arrival.

5/14/2012 I purchased a two day Niagra Falls package. Falls view for $319.00 I thought I would book it for the weekend because they were not black out dates. When I called they said I had to use it Sun - Thu. by 6-26th. I only have limited vacation days availabe thus I was trying for a weekend. Do you have any weekends available I can exchange this for? If not how many days left for cancellation? Can you send me weekend gett away packages to view for future vacations? Thank you,

5/11/2012 ist why does groupon have a customer servcice number but it does not wk, by that i mean that its closed but the hrs of the message it should be open. 2nd i order the zaggora pants purchased the groupon and order them have not received the pants or a comfirmation number and they were order 4/20/12. my cowks have received their pants. my card was charged and yes i did order them on the site provided but no pants. i would like to have the pants since i paid for then cause my cowker love them. i need to help on getting this matter resolved.

5/10/2012 Groupon is rediculous, there is no customer support, called some clever little message, that states they are close during hours they state they should be open, I will make sure I help there stock plunge even further, no wonder there company is tanking. Professional jackasses is what this is. Thanks, wiil never use again. Michael

5/6/2012 I bought a $10 oil change coupon for use in 714 auto repair in Aliso Viejo, ca from Groupon. When I took my Avalon to 714 auto repair shop, the owner refused to honor the coupon. He says I needed to pay him $16.95 extra for the oil change. I told him that the Toyota dealer only charges me $19.95 for the oil change and how he can charge me more than what the dealer charges me ? He did not respond to my question and I left the auto repair shop. I needed Groupon to refund my $10 coupon.

5/2/2012 Wow, I've been using groupon for some time now. All has been well until I had a refund issue (they charged me twice for the same purchase) and I called customer service. Wow, the girl on the other line (Sarah) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to great her before she could great me and was very brief and quick to get me off the phone. I don't think she likes her job too much. Maybe it's time you find a job that isn't in the customer service field. Good Luck!
