5/18/2012 Can someone post the number for billing? The ASK a Agent is a total joke and waste of my time!!!!! Its very fristrating spending the amount of time that I have just trying to get a phone number!

5/14/2012 Good morning Verizon customer service staff, My internet and cable service was interrupted on Wednesday April 25,2012. My residence was scheduled for service on April 30,2012. The tech was unable to fix the problem in the living room and dining are connections. I had access to internet and cable only in the Master bedroom. I was told that another agent will fix this problem since Verizon needs access to the control room of my apartment bldg. I was given a schedule for Saturday May 5, 2012 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon. nobody showed up or called to confirm the appointment all week long. I called back and discovered that the previous Tech. did not cancel the old work ticket and nio new work ticket was issued for my residence.I was issued a new service schedule for Tuesday May 8, between 1:00 PM- 3:00PM. No body showed up again till 3:00PM. I called again and was told that the tech is running behind the schedule and will make it sometime by 8:00PM. It is very unsatisfactory and frustrating to get proper sevice by Verizon staff SO FAR! Finally a tech showed up around 4:00 PM. Luckily I got the access key from the Land Lord and let the Verizon Tech in. During all this ordeal fro the past three weeks. I had to take time off from work without pay. Verizon staff need to improve its work ethics as soon as possible. Otherwise it will loose lot of customers. It is my request and right to be pro rated for this ordeal. Furthermore your ASK Agent is totally useless. It does not answer any relevent questions. I need to return one Cable box and I need to know where and how I can do this?

5/11/2012 I have the triple play with vzn for 6 months now but at the beginning I had to go thru a lot to get the corrected quote price. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get a person then transfer me to a billing department waited another 16 min. I was trying to find out who ordered the new service they emailed me the order number which I did not order. I went on the chat session twice try to fix the caller id (someone's else name show up when I call ppl). Got this rude lady name Leigh. Bad attitude. Wish I could cancel the contract and get the hell out of Verizon.

5/9/2012 I signed up with Fios because they promised a $500 Visa after I pay the bill on time for three months. The TV picture and internet speeds are awesome! Unlike Comcast, their on-demand always works without having to reboot the cablebox. I have only had Fios for a month, but my screen just says "starting up, one moment please" and it has been like that for two hours. My bill is due, so I don't know if they turned it off because I am late, or what. I am looking for a customer service number. I called 1-800-VERIZON, but it is not the correct number. If you know what the number is, please post it. Thanks, Jamie

5/4/2012 this is the third time i have tried to complain. i have no messages in my message box. i put in a message, my wife put in 2 messages and i have no messages from anyone else. both times i am told the problem is fixed and it is not. in addition maybe unrelated the television remote seems to not turn off the televisions and the channel changers will not change the tv sets. i have to reboot the control boxes that feeds 2 of the televisions every other day for the last week. i am in a job search and i may be missing call backs!!!

4/24/2012 This is the second time I am TRYING to give Verizon a try. In fact, I am sitting here waiting for them to show up and they are three hours late. As much as I hate Comcast and Verizon, we decided to dump cable and give FIOS a try. The first time I called - I was quoted a great price - when I got the order confirmation, the amount was higher. When I called to have this fixed, a rep told me I had to pay for installation fees, but my order indicated that all was waived. I don't like being lied to - so, I obviously cancelled. A month later, we decided to bite the bullet again and here I am, waiting. If they don't show up by the time limit, I am cancelling and NEVER calling them again. At this point, I'll pay for Comcast or Dish before I give Verizon another chance at my business. If they can't keep their appointments and I am not even a customer yet, I can only imagine what would happen if I need a service call. I wish they would allow more companies to provide these services instead of the two worse companies in the world. I know they all suck in their own way, but a little more competition might keep everyone on their toes. They don't realize that if we all cancel our services, they wouldn't be around.

4/22/2012 Since last Sunday, my services have been dropping repeatedly. As much as 5-10 times an hour. Everything comes back after a short bit (less than a minute). I have fios (internet, voice, tv). Logged probably a 8-10 tickets with Verizon. 5 techs came out. All of my equipment has been replaced both inside and on the outside of my home but the problem still isn't fixed. They say that everything reads fine, but the problem isn't resolved. I have been on the phone for 10-15 hours this week talking to techs. I am completely frustrated. Anyone else having tghe same problem? Should I go back to Comcast?

4/18/2012 Wait until you try to cancel. I called the day I switched to Comcast to cancel service. Was put on hold for over an hour then hung up on. Finally I spoke to a manager who said he would take care of it. Two weeks later I got a bill for an entire month of service (I only had svc for a week on the last billing cycle). I called about the bill and was berated for switching to Comcast. I was told the manager never put the cancellation in but to wait for a final re-adjusted bill. Several weeks later I received a bill for $30. Paid it and never heard anything back until last night a collection agency called to tell me Verizon says I never paid them $245. I wouldn't use verizon again if they promised it to me free for a year. They would never follow through with it anyway. I am so frustrated with them my blood is near boiling.

4/18/2012 Contract for quad PLAY EXPIRED. cALLED TO CANCEL TALKED INTO NEW 2 YEAR CONTRACT AND PROMISED A CERTAIN PRICING, BILL ARRIVES AND MUCH HIGHER THAN PROMISED, LOOKS LIKE THE BAIT AND SWITCH, SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER BECAUSE THEY DID IT TO ME THE FIRST TIME I SIGNED UP ALSO. THIS TIME I HAVE THE VERIZON PERSONS NAME AND EMPLOYEE NUMBER BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER THEY SAY THEY WON'T HONOR THE PRICING I WAS QUOTED. LUCKILY I AM IN THE 30 DAY CANCEL PERIOD SO GOOD BYE verizon - TALKED TO AN ABSOLUTELY RUDE PERSON FROM VERIZON ELITE TEAM NAMED MAUREEN DORNEY, IF THIS IS THE BEST THEY HAVE THEY ARE IN BAD SHAPE. SENT AN EMAIL TO THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM BUT NO RESPONSE SO VERIZON HAS LOST MY CELL, TV, INTERNET, AND HOME PHONE SERVICE. 4/12/2012 Fios seems to be in the state of total confusion. First of all our bill is much higher than promised. One of our phone lines isn't getting a dial tone, and thought I have line insurance the teck folks that came to my apartment couldn't even get intouch with their own company tecks inorder to discuss the problem.They let it slip that some how the line hook up has been"out-sourced to India" What a joke. This how Verizon solved their labor problems. Anyway the folks in India were unreachable and the Fios repair folks (two of them) left me with out fixing the problem.
